Awesome place to stay, very clean and the host is friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay! Phil’s Place makes a peaceful getaway, and is exactly as pictured. Julie provides a great host’s guidebook that we used to help make plans during our trip!

Best air bnb host to date! Scott and his wife were awesome. The house was perfect, great beds and all the essentials. Ask about the tiny house it’s a hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting this, or one of her other properties, again. I can't think of a single thing wrong with this experience from beginning to end. It's a cool historic, but modern, home. You won't feel like you're in a rental. Everything about it feels like home, but better.
