Just back from a lovely stay at Kate’s place. Had a long weekend with my two grown up children. It accommodated the 3 of us well. Parking was easy. The beds were really comfy too. Easy access to lots of places. We all had a lovely time. Thank you Kate.

Charming and Historic 2 Bed Cottage near Bath

ChrisRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
We arrived at Freshford earlier than we thought, we contacted Rachel to see if we could check in and thankfully we could! Yay! The cottage was fab, our sons (14 & 9) loved; what they called, the ‘Bunker’ room. The photos didn’t do it justice. Had everything you’d expect including the classic family game Frustration! 😂. Location was spot on for walks. We walked to Avon Cliff (had a drink at The Cross Guns) & a 5 min walk to the station where we had a lovely day in Bath. (Lots of walking). Was a shame The Inn was still closed but this didn’t spoil our time spent in the Weavers Cottage. We especially enjoyed waking up, opening the Velux, enjoying the view & listening to the birds with a cuppa.

Cotswolds Cottage Getaway (free parking)

JasonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
It was really lovely. Very quiet part of town, but easily walkable into the town. House itself was as described and whomever designed the interior decor, needs an award as it was stunning and really tasteful. Always nice to get some consumable treats too. I’d definitely consider a return trip.

Stylish detached home near Bath. Large garden

KateRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Laura’s home is beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. Laura was very responsive before and during our stay and very accommodating. The house is in a great location, just a couple of minutes walk to the local pub and close to Bath. We caught the bus to Bath, it only took 15 minutes and the bus stop is just a minutes walk from the house. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Stunning 4 Bed Property Near Bath

TroyRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Beautiful house and gardens in a secluded area outside of Bath. The downstairs had a huge living and dining space, and the kitchen was also large and well equipped. Stay here if you love the countryside and peace and quiet. The kids had a great time in the garden and played on the giant trampoline. If you have a larger family and are looking for a great space to unwind and relax, this is it. The local train line goes into Bath & Bristol, which makes day trips really easy. For those not used to narrow country lanes, be mindful that some local roads are single track and have 6'6" width limits.

Plum Cottage Barn

Penny and Jon are fabulous hosts. They make you feel at home and bring warm croissants around each morning. They made recommendations of restaurants in walking distance and the short walk down the lanes was idyllic - we even picked wild asparagus - which is also served in the local pub. Would highly recommend a visit to this part of the world. We will definitely return in the future.

The Lodge

JoRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent two wonderful nights at The Cabin with our labs. The Cabin is magical; hidden among the trees so you feel miles from any where but literally everything you need is on your doorstep. The Cabin is beautifully decorated and appointed - the photos don’t do it justice. The area is fantastic! We walked for hours and didn’t see another sole. Highly recommend the George Inn for drinks and food. We will be back.
