Best place I’ve stayed at yet. Quiet neighborhood and pretty place. Was just as described and then some. Lots of room and gorgeous place for the price!

Great location in the downtown Sylva area. Plenty of local venues to visit within walking distance. We wanted to stay in the downtown area and this was the perfect place. Full kitchen which made it nice for some family meals. Great host and creative use of a historic building to preserve Sylva. Would definately recommend.

This is a great home! The space was tastefully decorated, very clean, and has lots of windows with natural light. It is located on the second floor of the building with lovely old wooden steps and floors. Located in a very walkable neighborhood and close to many great restaurants. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a small table with two chairs. There was plenty of hot water with plush towels and plenty of them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Roy communicated clearly at all steps of the process. Thank you for a great stay!

Just as described. Great location for Dupont/Pisgah. Any noise from the road as mentioned in other rooms was a non-issue for us.

The resort is lovely! It’s a nice get away. Just keep in mind cell service is limited in this area! It’s beautiful. 😍

The studio was just as described. It was very cozy and had everything we could have needed during our stay. Terry is an excellent host. He is quick to answer messages, and his personal hospitality is something we've never enjoyed in any other airbnb. We've already booked a return stay for October, and we cannot wait to see the fall colors from that porch.

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

We loved our stay here! My husband, our 7 yr old, and I were in town for me to run the Dam Yeti trail race. It was the perfect place! The location is close to downtown restaurants and shops. The Creeper Trail (where the race takes place) runs right across the street. My husband and son were able to easily watch and cheer for me and the other runners from here - something to note for anyone who may be looking for a place to stay for the race! The house was very clean and cozy, and we enjoyed the layout. The beds were comfortable too. My son was super excited about the bunk beds. It was a rainy weekend so we didn't use the outdoor space much but it was very nice. The fenced in yard was a bonus too. We didn't bring our dog this time but I would definitely stay here again. Leilah was very responsive and helpful! We had a little hiccup with the lock box when checking in and she responded almost immediately with a quick solution. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Wes was an exceptional host — thoughtful, warm, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and greeted us with such kindness upon arrival. The home itself was incredibly well-appointed, with every detail considered. We were greeted with fresh flowers, a personalized welcome sign, and even treats for our dog — such a heartfelt touch that set the tone for our entire stay. Wes has truly created a space that feels both relaxing and special. We look forward to returning.

Wonderful Experience! Host Amy made our stay in Hendersonville absolutely wonderful. She was responsive to to all my questions. She was super flexible with check in and check out needs. The house was wonderful- very clean, overly stocked, comfortable, and had a great home-away-from - home feel. We used the grill and the fire pit. The big and small kids loved making smores- we truly appreciate the supplies. The back porch was so relaxing in the early morning and evening hours. We turned on a little music, kicked our feet up, and went easily into relax mode. The home was close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown. We enjoyed everything about our stay and would love to return. Lookout Point Winery- top notch with heavenly views.

Great little spot. My wife and I stayed here for a month while we explored The Smokies and Asheville. Super comfy bed & couches, stocked kitchen, great AC, fast internet, and a yard (unfenced) for our dog to run around. That was everything we needed for a great stay. The only downside was the limited natural light in the house. Chloe was a great host and helped out promptly whenever needed. Walking distance to great spots in Canton like Papertown Coffee and Three Compas. Two thumbs up.

Tammey’s place was beautiful and quaint! We loved the history of the house! Would definitely stay again!

Everything was so amazing. Our host was so nice and super helpful when we had an issue. Even provided some extra snacks and hot chocolate to help with our stay. Can’t express how much Judy helped make our stay so much easier and stress free 10/10. Cannot recommend this place enough to everyone. It’s near enough to everything to be a quick trip most places but also far enough off the main strip that you have the peace and quiet.

Great place if visiting the area. We are a family of 6 and this worked perfectly for us. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. Checking in is a breeze as well.

Great stay at a great location!

I enjoyed my stay at Sunny’s. I would definitely recommend it. It is centralized to many attractions and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and anything I needed was at my fingertips.

If I could rate higher than 1 5.0, I would. Beautiful unit. Beautiful view. Cozy, warm, quiet. Communication with management was stellar. Incredible response time. Upon arrival, and in a mountain-y area where there was no cell phone coverage, the unit Wi-Fi functionality was addressed immediately, and swiftly. Our daughter was behind us about an hour, and regular cell coverage made it impossible to contact them and direct them in. Wi-Fi was reconciled in the unit immediately, and no connectivity issues persisted. Thank you to Stephanie and her assistants. Thank you for allowing us to stay and have an extremely memorable trip aboard the Polar Express!! Happy Holidays, and Merry Christmas!
