Vacation rentals with a fire pit in French Broad River

We booked our stay while having work done at our home and it ended up being the perfect retreat. We worked remotely for a few days — I used the upstairs bedroom and desk as my office while my husband worked downstairs, which worked out great. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked (pro tip: take inventory before heading to the grocery store!). The decor is beautiful and all the plants made the place so bright! Mornings on the porch with coffee and mountain views were a peaceful way to start the day. We also loved exploring the charming town of Black Mountain. We hope to have the chance to return! Luke and Olessia were awesome hosts and very responsive to our questions.

River river river!! Amy's pictures do not do it justice. By far the best part of the stay. The flow of the river starts the day off great and provides a soothing sound to end the day. Amy was on top of it, whether it was providing recommendations, or being available with extra water cause a dumb dumb ran into the power pole. The surrounding area was far away enough from the city, but yet so close that the drives to each little town wasn't too far. Amy was kind enough to leave us snacks and cute little personalized messages around the house that provided just the extra boost to our confidence that it would be a great stay. The house had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Amy's place was perfect for my wife and I, and I would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome oasis in tree-covered canopy! We stayed at the airstream more then we ventured out! We loved the outdoor area and even took a nap on the sofa! We took numerous dips in the hot tub and grilled out! We loved the tree-lighted areas indoors and very detail has been thought out! Thank you for a wonderful getaway and would definitely recommend to others! Loved tubing with Brevard Tubing .3 miles away! Hiked to waterfalls in DuPont State Park. Well worth it! Beautiful! Walked in downtown Brevard to shop. A must!

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

This was the most peaceful Airbnb stay! We were blown away with how nice and cozy this little sanctuary was. The sauna, tea & coffee, wood burning fireplace, and comfy bed all added to our wonderful experience. Plus, the land is beautiful and the hosts and their kiddos are so nice! We would stay longer if we could!

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

Had the most amazing time during our stay. Views were breathtaking and the cabin was more than we could have ever thought possible. Will most definitely be planning a trip back

This was a Beautiful stay inside and out! It felt so cozy and peaceful in the house. Everything was clean and decorated very nicely. So thankful to the hosts for being great communicators and giving us a heads up about things before check in! They truly care about their visitors! 5 stars for the whole experience hands down! Only thing I need to mention is that the main entrance to get there is gravel and some spots are really bumpy! but once we got close to the Airbnb property, roads were paved and smooth. Just a heads up for those that drive “low to the ground” cars!

A great place to stay in asheville! Rom and Dawn were incredibly welcoming and the place had all we needed to have a great weekend! Highly recommend.

This is my second time staying at this fantastic spot, and it was just as great as the first. They are wonderful hosts, the place is a real hidden gem, and the community has so much to offer. It certainly won't be my last time here!

Sweet upstairs unit surrounded by lovely greenery. Easy check in experience with easy going hosts that like to accommodate. Close to downtown Weaverville but down a lovely dead end road with very little traffic and pastoral views.

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

This was the PERFECT place for our stay in Asheville. It’s centrally located which makes it convenient to get around, but the property itself is slightly outside of the city center in a woodsy area which gives you that lovely, peaceful feeling of being in nature. The space itself was perfectly spacious for 2 people. Very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove but with a kettle, microwave, fridge, and toaster oven you can still do some cooking if you wish. The front porch is nice for sitting in the evenings. The hosts were very kind and provided some snacks and drinks for our stay, as well as clear instructions and thoughtful local recommendations. We loved staying here and if we ever find ourselves back in Asheville we would definitely stay here! Such a great value for an excellent place!

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! We were in town for a wedding and traveling 7.5 hours to get there the stay was absolutely amazing! It rained while we were there on Friday but we enjoined sitting on the porch with blankets listening to the rain fall on the tin roof! We enjoyed watching the neighbors horses that would come to the fence to visit and we enjoyed watching the chickens beside the house ( don’t worry they are all quiet as well). We ended up being a party of three traveling with a 14 year old boy who never once said he was bored he spent his time on the swings outside and petting the horses! I highly recommend this place it is close to town, nice quiet location, easy driveway, no steps to climb and peaceful! The House is very clean, beds are comfy even the couch bed sleeps well per the 14 year old. The Host is very friendly and made sure we had absolutely everything that we needed! The home is stocked with all the things we needed and was the perfect size! Thank you for having us! Martha, Natalie, Nathan

Our stay in Asheville was perfect. The location was convenient to downtown, yet felt off the beaten path. We enjoyed shopping during the day and watching fireflies at night. Loved it!

This was the most amazing cabin that feels like a place that has been lived in-something I keep searching for and rarely find! Like your clean uncles cabin in the middle of nowhere. It’s hard to find, but when I do I’m so happy. Nick was very responsive and helpful-a very nice trip and a beautiful view-the view was worth the trip alone.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. This was one of the most amazing places we ever stayed. The place was even better than we thought it would be. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. They were very responsive and helpful. If you were looking for somewhere to stay with amazing views and an amazing home, this is your place !!!!! We love this place! Catherine is a wonderful host. She went above and beyond in hospitality and in communicating with us. When we arrived, we found fresh donuts and popcorn from local businesses awaiting us as well as complimentary beverages in the refrigerator. Lovely smelling bath salts and robes provided, made a delightful hot tub experience. The bed, linen and pillows were dreamy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This little mountainside getaway was a dream. The giant windows allowed for the perfect mountain view from every room and the hot tub and sauna made everyday a spa day! It was also beautifully decorated to enhance the cozy atmosphere of being surrounded by greenery. Everything about this cabin was meticulous and thoughtful. The only thing missing was the neighborhood corgi that we didn’t get the pleasure of meeting, but there’s always next time!

We had a great stay at Christina’s cabin! The landscaping and views were so dreamy and relaxing! We enjoyed coffee on the porch rocking chairs in the mornings and cocktails on the swing and in the hot tub in the evenings! The bed was seriously SO comfortable and my husband and I slept better than we ever have! The drive to downtown Gatlinburg is about 25min and Smoky Mountain National Park is anywhere from 30-60min away depending on which trail you’re planning to visit. We hiked both Alum Cave and Andrew’s Bald, both of which were light to moderately challenging and had some beautiful views! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the Smoky’s, look no further!

My mother and Father visited The Easy Breezy cabin for a getaway gift from their children. They had the best time stating that they wanted to go back again just to sit on the back porch and look at the river flowing by.

This is a true Mountain retreat! The porch and view were amazing and it extremely peaceful. The drive up is a mountain road, and it is set into the woods, so be sure you're comfortable with windy, unpaved roads. The place was perfect for our girls trip. We were able to drive to both Asheville and Great hiking easily and the stocked kitchen made it easy to cook our dinners at the house, there is a grocery store about 15 minutes from the house. Comfortable beds and open living space made for cozy nights and mornings. There was a large storm while we were there that took out a tree and powerlines, blocking the drive and knocking out power. Heather had fantastic communication the entire time and made sure we still had what we needed and were aware of any updates. Easy and fast communication and check in/out. Would absolutely book with Heather again!

Amazing house with beautiful Mountain View’s! This is our 2nd time here, the location is so peaceful and the house is very comfortable with everything you need to relax. Great host, highly recommend!
