Spacious upstairs bedroom.

Rano was extremely nice. She was very responsive and proactive. Rano's home was great. Clean, comfortable, nice little extras. The whole lockable upstairs is yours including the en suite bathroom with a nice roomy shower. The space has an air conditioner, coffee maker, air fryer(!), fridge and big flat screen TV with lots of channels. Rano said we could use the downstairs living room and store things in the big fridge downstairs. She let us use the driveway too. Will return to Rano's and recommend to family and friends.

We had a great stay! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained — everything felt fresh and tidy. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt; She was responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was exactly what I needed for a weekend trip to Detroit: simple, quiet, well-managed, and hassle-free. The location is relatively close to the highway for easy access to downtown, and the area is quiet with lots of nice restaurants. The house itself had everything I needed. Everything was as advertised. Thomas is a great host - he's an incredibly nice guy and a clear, responsive communicator. He also labels things clearly in his house for minimal confusion. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Was a true joy to stay with Lisa. We had some very nice talks about important life things. Instant connection and friendship. Was the perfect place for me to rest between my stressful reason to be in that area. Plus I drove up to port Huron and saw some real beauty!

Everything was just as expected. I was in town for my daughter’s wedding and it was everything I needed. Very quiet neighborhood and a very nice home. The morning amenities were perfect and everything I needed was there. I’d surely recommend this place again

Kristi's place was good. It matched the description exactly and it was very clean. She did an amazing job keeping the shared bathroom clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well supplied with convenient features. Her drink counter was well stocked and was such a nice addition! Our only complaints were 1) it was kind of noisy. There was a dog barking (couldn't tell if it was inside or outside), and the people who had the room next door were pretty loud. The walls at Kristi's place are thin, and they talked on the phone a lot and almost always on speaker phone, so I could hear both ends of the conversation. And 2) there were a lot of different smells. The bedroom was fine, but the common areas did have a slight animal smell. Also, on our second night there, there was a really strong smell of pot (also, not sure if it was inside or outside). Other than those 2 things, it was a great place to stay and met our needs well.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Katrina was incredibly friendly and pleasant and her home was fantastic. This was my first Airbnb ever and the only downside to staying here was that now the bar has been set so high for future stays at other places I don't think they'll be able to match this. Thank you again Katrina for working so hard to ensure that your guests have the best possible experience, if I'm ever in the area this will be the first place I check for.
