Deirdré’s guest accommodation was perfect. Everything was clean, tastefully decorated and there was everything you would need (and more) for a super-comfortable stay. The house was spacious and had an indoor fireplace, with plenty of wood supplied, and an outdoor long table and braai. It also had a lovely garden and great views of the mountain, especially from upstairs. Deirdré was a lovely host. She was responsive, accommodating and kind. There were clear instructions for self-check-in and detailed notes on how everything in the house works. All in all, a wonderful space, and we would definitely book again. An easy 5 out of 5 stars!

We had the best time at Rozenmeer. The house and garden were amazing and the contact with Laetitia was perfect! Also special thanks to Faith who was helping us with cleaning the house; she is amazing! We are definitely coming back next year.

amazing place that allows easy access to most tourist spots in Cape Town whether city, camps bay, muizenberg, Simonstown and boulders. place is beautiful and has such a nice feeling for two families to spread out. Debbie was super responsive, checking in and out was more than accommodating for our needs. Highly recommend to all. Fantastic stay

I was not happy with the constant noise complaint, there was no electricity for 12 hours. Overall I wasn’t happy with the place. It was a catfish and people complained about noise whilst there was no noise.

We had a fantastic stay at Wesley’s house in Stellenbosch! The outdoor area is amazing – perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, the open plan lounge and kitchen are spacious and beautifully designed. Beds were super comfortable and the whole place was spotless. Stylish, well presented, and a great base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Elizabeth's home and once again perfect for our needs. The location is great for visiting places like Stellenbosch or diving through to Cape Town and the home is spacious, well-equipped and the estate is quiet and safe. Elizabeth is also the perfect host and her communication throughout our stay was excellent. We can't wait for our next visit!

Superb stay! Lush gardens and everything was perfect. With two kids under 3 it’s generally hard to relax, but this environment allowed us to unwind and keep the kids entertained. Thanks so much for your hospitality. We would definitely book this again!

I'm back home in Scotland having spent a wonderful two weeks at Watermill Studio. I really can't praise my host Kim enough, the property is beautiful, I had a friend and her dogs come around on many occasions, there was so much space for the dogs to roam around in perfect safety, never once was anything we did questioned. Whilst the Air BNB is an annex of Kim's main property I cannot describe how private it is in terms of the feeling of having the place to yourself. The Views Oh THE VIEWS ... I'm speechless... sunset over Gordon's bay by the Pool with a glass of wine and a Braai on the go... I'd challenge anyone to find a nicer spot. Negatives... happy to say unless you want to be really really picky there are none... the gardens are well kept... a nice lady came around and cleaned the Air BNB ... really truly I cannot think of a negative other than the bird poop on the car but you can get that anywhere. If you get the chance... Give Watermill Studio's a try... It's Special.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Each bedroom had its own en suite, which was a huge plus for our group. The open-plan living and kitchen area was perfect for socializing and opened up to a lovely terrace with a small pool—great for relaxing. The location was ideal, with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. While some reviews had mentioned potential noise from the main street, we found it to be minimal and not at all disruptive to our stay. Our host, Dominic, was excellent—very friendly and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Overall, we would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future. A great find!

We had a wonderful week, our kids loved it just as much as we did! Everything was better then expected and the owner is such a lovely person, was always available and helped us with questions. Enjoyed it to the fullest and can only recommend!

Personally for me, this property ticks all of my boxes. Spacious, quiet, secure, nice surroundings, garden, pool, every amenity you could possibly need, close to shops - 5 to 10 minutes drive in multiple directions and you will find a collection of shops selling everything you could need and also far enough from the hustle and bustle to appreciate the quiet. My go to in Cape Town if I’m lucky enough to find it’s available. Book early. Don’t hesitate!

Tim is a very hospitable host, he met us at check in day, helped with luggage. There were fresh flowers at home, clean beds and towels, nice welcome drink. Tim advised several interesting spots. The house has a great view from bedroom and living area. Was a pleasure to wake up and see the ocean. Every day we walked to the beach (5 minutes literally). There are some coffee shops and restaurants. Very good locations of shops. Very safe area! A lot of people running and swimming. Beautiful nature, surrounded with mountains. It has gas and every time we could cook and make tea. Very good variety of things for cooking inside the house. Tim has a nice secret garden :) Tim is a very friendly and sporty person, he told us about sport opportunities around. Tim was easy to communicate every time we wrote him with questions, He also advised us a nice clean lady and looked about the garden himself. One of the best hospitable stayings.

This a great listing for bigger groups of people! The house is extreme well equiped and the games room is a wonderful addition for those rainy days. Beautiful views of the dam and surrounding mountains.

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.
