Solar and motion detector lights along with a lighted electronic key pad for ease of access. Please note there are 23 steps with rails on both sides and a landing area half way to the apartment.

*NEW* The Country Gathering is in the upstairs of a Carriage House that was built on the property of a large home, located on the border of Greenwood/Bargersville in Johnson County, Indiana. The Carriage House has charm and character with a wooded backyard sitting on 4 acres. Sit or swing on the beautiful covered porch while you enjoy the view of the lake and fountain or feel free to walk around and enjoy the park-like setting. Extra charge of $10 per adult/per night over the first 2 adults.

We are: 7.1 miles (10 minutes) from Indianapolis international airport. 18 miles (26 minutes) from downtown Indianapolis, 17miles (20 min drive) from Indianapolis convention center and Lucas stadium. 35 miles (52 minutes) from Indiana University in Bloomington. ~3 miles from I-70. The Farm Stay is entrmt central boasting of a lg open living room/full kitchen with a wood pellet stove for your enjoyment on those cold winter nights! Not to mention catch&release fishing, corn hole, tetherball, volleyball, or bonfire!

Only a 15 minute drive from downtown, we’re conveniently located between Fountain Square, Irvington, Beech Grove, and Wanamaker. Curl up with a cup of tea and a good book, sit on the patio and watch for deer, or take a walk around our fledgling 9-acre permaculture farm.
