Unique chalet house in Kings Norton

A very special and unique house which is ideal for single travellers or a couple. Tucked away in a quiet cul de sac with a log burner and floor to ceiling flue, open plan living, big HD smart TV, WiFi, mezzanine bedroom with balcony looking over the lounge, garden extension, waterfall and pond are just some of the extensive renovations I have carried out on the house along with brand new central heating and double glazing. The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Immaculate Selly Oak Home- Cadbury’s, Uni, QE City

A lovely refurbished home offering a stay for up to 4 Nr University of Birmingham, Cadbury World, close to train / bus links to city centre. The house is cosy for 4 people so probably only suited to 4 for a short stay (although 4 guests have happily stayed longer!). The road is in a quiet residential area so no parties or loud noise please. Shops, restaurants & pubs 5 min walk. Railway line behind the houses opposite but noise from this is minimal & house is double glazed.

This new built new furniture house has a unique design with a heart warming welcome host. This new house located 15 mins drive to the Birmingham city centre and only 4 minutes walking distance to the Rowley Regis train station and 7 mins away from motorway M5 junction 2, the closest supermarket Lidl 5 mins walk away or Sainsbury’s in Blackheath high street is 3 mins drive away.
