Monthly Rentals in Francesville

Julie’s tiny home was a great stay! I was in DeMotte for a wedding and it was super close to the town and everywhere I needed to be! The place was cute, clean, private, and the surrounding farm land was beautiful! I didn’t get the chance to check out their farm store, however they provided a gift of granola for when we arrived which was super sweet! Thank you for a great stay!

This was a perfect place for my daughter, grandson and I. Jessica had everything I needed for my toddler grandson including special dishes, bath toys, potty seat for the toilet, and lots of kid friendly toys. The kitchen amenities were wonderful which also allowed for us to enjoy our time without any worries!

Nice studio and quiet town. There is a great library and the people who work there are very helpful. Valparaiso is 15 minutes away, and lots to do there. You cannot go wrong with Tom and Becky!

Greg’s place was affordable, WAY better than a hotel and it’s conveniently located to get to anywhere in town within minutes. Kitchen was stocked with all items needed for cooking and with a full size fridge, it made it easy to get comfortable. Greg responded right away when I messaged him and he was super friendly.
