Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

An outdoor dining area is covered by lush vines, providing shade over a table set for meals. Sturdy chairs surround the table, and glass doors lead into the interior. Natural light filters through the greenery, creating a serene atmosphere.

The house can accommodate 7 people in a very quiet green area, Enjoy oléron by Vélo or on foot Originally from Oleron, the island has no secrets for me and which I generously share. 5 min walk from the cinema, the market,and leclerc. The closest beach is 13 min away on bike. We have 3 bicycles available for rental. €40per week per person. Homemade pizzas on Fridays and Saturdays, wild foraging trips on Thursdays on Resa

Exceptional stay, Île du Levant

Ile du Levant, an hour from the Lavandou by boat remains a small haven of wild peace. A private island, a naturist estate founded in the 1930s, a whole history to discover. Great for couples at this fully renovated, air-conditioned little house. Beautiful panoramic terrace of 65m2, with its cocooning space under the pergola, sofa, coffee table and a large 1 meter plancha for delicious grills;)

Located 200 m from the mainland, the island of Coz Castel is accessible by car at low tide. Coz Castel is completely surrounded two times a day at high tide during 2-3 hours. Also, one week per month, during "dead water" Coz Castel is not completely surrounded and is accessible by car or on foot all day.
