Vacation rentals with a patio in Fountain Square, Indianapolis

Samantha's home was perfect for our weekend visit to Indianapolis. It is conveniently located next to coffee and ice cream and a few blocks walk to a pharmacy. Off the street parking was very nice to have. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Brenda and her place were amazing! The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend I for the week! It was in an awesome location, had great amenities, and it was a beautiful unit. The building is easy to navigate and the unit itself has everything you could need. Brenda herself was very friendly and happy to help with any issues we had (very quickly, too!) and made sure we were all taken care of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

Sach is an Awesome host. This was my first time with the app and my stay was very comfy. anything I need Sach was a text away.

This place was even cuter than the photos. Great location, the AC worked great, super clean and comfy. Our teenager enjoyed listening to the record player. Would stay again if coming to Indy for a concert!

Stay was great the home matches exactly with the pictures. The neighborhood is real quiet & the location is convenient if want to hang around downtown or heading over to the garage

The host was very responsive and accommodating to me and my chaos. I was a little late so I didn’t meet them in person but messaging was very easy. The host was on standby if I had a question it seemed like and left very clear pictures and instructions for how to get in. They were also super patient as it was my first time staying in an Airbnb and I didn’t know how to navigate the app to see pictures to get in. After the first time going in though, it was VERY easy to get in as if I actually lived there. Thanks for the stay!! 🫶🏼

Eli was a wonderful host, care for our staying very well, responded promptly and with all his care. The house is pleasant to stay, the neighbourhood is quiet and we felt safe with my girls. I recommend his place for everyone! 💕

Fantastic place to stay with a perfect location. Short walk from some local restaurants and shops. Short uber to Lucas Oil Stadium! Would definitely come back next time I’m in Indy.

Harriette couldnt have been more helpful and the property itself is great. The kitxhem in particular was a standout as i am sure the deck and backyard would have been at a different time of year. We could not have asked for any more from the stay and the instructions provided were incredibly clear and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to visit indianapolis but who doesnt want to stay right in the city centre.

The place was exactly like what we had hoped for, the pictures were very accurate. Clean space and organized, clean beds and kitchen. Clear instructions on how to get in and what to do for check in and check out. Very much worth the money and it was a great experience.

Stayed here for Game 3 of the NBA finals-easy walk to and from Gainsbridge Fieldhouse.

Our entire experience was great from original booking to checking out. The home was as pictured, very comfortable, easy to get to and a quiet neighborhood.

The house was incredibly clean and well-organized, offering plenty of space. The neighborhood exceeded my expectations, with every house in the area recently remodeled. It was a great place to stay. Quiet and lots of good amenities at the facility. Good sized condo with plenty of space to spread out. View of the river is also beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay at Lystina's place. It was perfect for our little trip. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to so many things. For us it was a quick walk to catch an Indiana Fever game. The place was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was a delight.

My friends and I traveled to Indianapolis for the Taylor Swift concert and Ruby's place was close enough to the city for us to travel in for the show, yet far enough from downtown to not be in all the chaos. There were so many wonderful amenities nearby from walking distance coffee shop and not too far groceries and restaurants. Ruby's home was clean and organized - it was the perfect spot for our Swiftie getaway!

Amanda’s place was so clean and nice. The veranda was huge and open. Fabulous area to walk to everything. The condo was so clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. I was very comfortable and felt safe in the environment. The neighborhood seemed very family friendly and quiet. I would recommend this condo for anyone wanting to stay in Indy for a short or long visit. ED Estates was very good responding to any questions that I had and being helpful when I could not fit my vehicle in the attached garage due to size. The additional parking was more than sufficient. I will look them up whenever I am in the area and need a place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay.

My daughters and I had a great great little trip to Indy and felt right at home at Ginger's place. Very walkable to fun coffee shops, restaurants & the theatre (we were in town to see a show). Ginger was friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious--we will definitely be back next time we're in Indy!

This was one of the best stays I've had. The host were very friendly. I met Rick and he was very pleasant and accommodating. The house is just as described, and it is more beautiful in person. I am extremely O.C.D. so I am hard on cleanliness, and this place was immaculately clean. It is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that is located near lots of eating and shopping spots. I would highly recommend staying here.
