Apartment vacation rentals in Fountain Square, Indianapolis

Staying at Madisson’s apartment as a foreigner was one of the best decisions i could make. Her responses were quick, instructions clear, the place was absolutely comfortable! The bed…. Had amazing sleep!! The place has a beautiful view to the canal, minutes away from that scenery. 15 min walk from downtown, 1 min walk from bus station, so it has a great location. The building is completly private so you would not get in with out your access key, that made me feel really safe. Had the absolute best experience to have her as my host and feeling comfortable in her place away from home. Definetely would recommend and would come back!!!!

I stayed on a non-race weekend; this condo is wonderful and spotless!!! Christina gave excellent check-in directions and I really appreciated there wasn’t a long list to do when checking out!! The reserved parking space is very close to the entrance and elevator, and I felt super safe. The bed and couch are reallllly comfy; having ceiling fans and a keurig made it feel just like home! On Fri night there was some live music playing outside but it ended around 9pm and the rest of the weekend was blessedly quiet. The ease of walking to restaurants was great and I highly recommend Maple, which is in the same bldg, for breakfast. (Be sure to try the gluten free toast if you eat GF!!!) Plenty of white fluffy towels, snacks, and quality TP and paper towel are provided, along with coffee, creamer, sugars, and even ToGo cups to take my coffee with me! This was slightly cheaper than 2 nights at the nearest Hampton Inn and I highly highly highly recommend this condo and Christina!!

We had a wonderful time here! I’m in a wheelchair and it was such a delight to find a place legitimately accessible!

Donald's place was advertised. It was incredibly clean and had all the necessities. Donald bent over backwards to make check-in both easy and timely. We always felt safe and secure while there. Best of all the location is perfect for downtown Indianapolis. You are in the heart of everything and within walking distance of everything you would want in Indianapolis. In addition, it is just 15 minutes from the airport which makes everything easy. I would recommend both Donald and this place.

Great location to stay! Clean and easy to get to.

We came to Indy on a last minute trip to catch a Pacers playoff game. The apartment was perfect for our needs, had free parking, and was within walking distance of the arena.

check in was very easy, excellent instructions, having covered garage parking attached to the building was fantastic. i was able to walk to restaurants and the IU-PUI natatorium, which was great since i was there for a swim meet.

Extremely clean and in a fantastic location. The instructions were clear and easy to follow to get in. We had a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect for my trip to Indianapolis, and Alexandra was a terrific host - so welcoming and helpful. The guesthouse was just as advertised, and more. It was thoughtfully and tastefully appointed with everything I needed for a very comfortable stay. 5+ stars!

This place was exactly what we needed for a quick stay in Indy to visit a friend! Easy to find the location, great instructions, very clean place. Street parking was always readily available which was nice. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great and was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The parking lot was well lit and private. We felt very safe! Brenda and her place were amazing! The apartment was perfect for my boyfriend I for the week! It was in an awesome location, had great amenities, and it was a beautiful unit. The building is easy to navigate and the unit itself has everything you could need. Brenda herself was very friendly and happy to help with any issues we had (very quickly, too!) and made sure we were all taken care of. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would gladly stay here again.

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Super clean! Very relaxing atmosphere. Great location for shopping and dining as well. Would definitely stay again!
