Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. The bathroom is just a three steps from the room and we provide bathrobes for your convenience. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Smartphone navigation will guide you to our address easily and with accuracy. We are less than 10 mins from the airport. Our house is pet-free and we are non smokers.

Large comfortable home, just15 minutes from Scottsdale, perfect for Spring Training, shopping, Talliesin by Frank Lloyd Wright and much more!! Our place is close to Desert Canyon Golf Club, the world famous fountain, shops and restaurants.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the kitchen, the comfy bed, the space and the SPECTACULAR views. We have just upgraded all of the flooring in the bedrooms. Our location is good for couples, business travelers, and families.

This modern home is private and quiet. Perfect for a staycation as uber fast wifi and lots of space. Beautiful views from balcony and private backyard. Yet totally walkable to Starbucks and mall for your needs. Home has three bedrooms and a loft with a pullout. Has fruit trees on site. The main bedroom is upstairs with a king bed (brand new) and there are two bedrooms on the main floor ( queen ) with an accessible bathroom and walk-in shower. No steps into home. Casino 5 mins away
