Welcome to our holiday home in Lensvik, close to Trondheimsfjorden. With 10 beds, there's plenty of space here, either for one or more families or a group of friends. We have a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need. A panoramic window gives you lovely views of the fjord. In the house there is internet and Apple TV with the possibility to show both Norwegian and German channels. Private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also table tennis, football field and small playground on the property.

Sea and land, here we have everything close by. There is a possibility to rent a boat in close proximity to the listing. There are two different boats to choose between. The country house is located in Agdenes, 200 m from Trondheimsfjord, 250 m from the sandy beach of Tunvika, 1 km from lake Hopavogen. It is designed for many nature tours in the area. This was formerly Løkhaug coastal fort. Built in 1940. The coastal fort has today been rebuilt to Countrysted. The main house has a base area of 500m2, and contains a large kitchen, several toilets, bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 5 bedrooms, of which 4 large, and one small bedroom with only two beds. One bedroom has through transit to another bedroom.

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

Small farms with their own dock and plenty of shoreline for rent in Sørsmøla. This cozy house from 1903, with 4 bedrooms, is a good starting point for exploring the Smøla archipelago and everything the municipality has to offer. Panoramic views to the big sea, where different weather has its own charm But little can compare with red-orange sunsets sitting in the good chair on the porch or with a glass of wine down by the boathouse. 3 kayaks at your free disposal down by the boathouse.

Welcome to Rodalsvegen 45. Here you can stay in an authentic northwestern loan from the 1800s. There is a road inwards in Rodalen about 10 km where there is further path that leads to the mountains. From the house it is about 1 km down to the beach and fishing opportunities in the sea. The house has a large garden and lots of space for all ages. There are a total of 6 bedrooms and beds for 8 persons. When you rent here you will have this entire big house all to yourself.

This is an incredibly charming and cozy place, close to the sea and with a fantastic view. Peaceful and good to be there, and close to the nearest village for restaurants and grocery store. It's a place to travel to to lower your shoulders.

The cabin was very clean and the accomadations where better than expected. Morten was very gracious and allowed us to cook last minute and check in late as we drove up from Oslo to sightsee and didnt reach the cabin until 2am. The cabin location is superb for checking out the Atlantic Highway. Beds were comfortable and shower was nice and hot. views are amazing at this place. This place is a must stay if your in the area.

A place to really unwind. Fantastic views of the sea and a fantastic hostess. I have now been to this house for the third time and when I go to Smöla I always book the house in time to be sure I can rent it. Everything is super clean and it has everything you need. Jane is a very kind and helpful host. Very well maintained garden area and a terrace with lake view. For me the most perfect location on Smöla and I will stay again. Highly recommended!!!!

We spend our summer holidays every year in Norway every year and were also very satisfied with the choice of the house this year. Breakfast at the terrace with endless views, incredibly beautiful hikes ,also directly from the house...great memories, barbecue in the evening, watching tide and tide. The nights are bright...wonderful The house is very practically furnished,everything you need . We will be happy to come back!
