Renovated apartment in quiet surroundings

We are two quiet pensioners who like to work in the garden. We rent out an apartment in our residence. We've been hosting for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in the basement on the right hand side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping center, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and groceries in the immediate vicinity. Here you can observe moose, deer, fox, badger and other things from the windows.

From Værnes airport you can take a train to Skansen station, or bus to Dronningensgt. Trondheim spectrum: 5 min walk; multi-use arena for culture, sports and fairs. The corner apartment on the 2nd floor, a view to the south, to some of the oldest, charming wooden houses in Trondheim.

Parkering med elbillader i garasje. Reisen til flyplassen tar 25 minutter med bil og 30 minutter med tog fra Leangen stasjon som ligger 550 meter unna leiligheten.
