Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Fortitude Valley

If you're looking for the hot spot in Brisbane, this place is right around the corner from it! Apartment is well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The bedrooms are across the residence from each other and each has a bathroom, which is very nice to have some space. Well stocked kitchen (plates, glasses, etc) and nice sitting areas (living area, back porch, and covered patio). Water pressure was good in shower. My only real gripe is that there are a lot of keys on the key ring and it took us a bit to figure out which one did what. We also never figured out the lift, but I think that was user error, not building error. Fortitude Valley area is hopping at night (Wed-Fri) so you may have some noise from that, but just go out and enjoy it instead of sitting in the apartment. Tons of restaurants, bars, and clubs literally around the corner. Also the Fortitude Valley train station. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Great location. Great apartment. The only slightly disappointing thing was such a new apartment that didn't have a smart TV. We had to go for a wander to Officeworks and buy some cords. Aside from that, it was amazing.

Great room, great communication and really close to everything you need. Had a concert at the music hall and was only a short walk. Will be back for sure. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time in Nicole's apartment. The location is close to everything and we didn't use the car once. The place was very clean and very comfortable. Really liked the decor. Nicole also left treats for the kids, which they loved! We will definitely be back to stay again. Thank you 😊

Second time staying at this space. Usually in for two weeks on a business trip. Well-appointed, very walkable, good sized space, comfy and plenty of room and furniture to settle in. Nice to have extra bath, overall will stay again when back in town. Recommend.

Lovely private cottage, has all amenities, and extremely affordable for everything that is included.

This is our second time in Sandra’s place and we will return again next year. It is a wonderful little place, with everything close by. There was a mishap with my luggage, and I wasn’t home when it was delivered but they made sure it was placed on the porch for my arrival out of any rain.

We would highly recommend Annie‘s place in South Brisbane and hope to stay again. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to supermarkets and cafes, 10 minutes to the Southbank Beach and the start of the Arts precinct, 10 minutes in the other direction to the fabulous cafes and shops of Boundary Street in West End. You can comfortably walk into the city in 20 minutes. It is also very well supported by public transport. We stayed for nine nights and did not need a car at all. The house is beautifully decorated, with interesting art and books. And as people who really enjoy cooking we found the house very well set up, with all necessary equipment and generous supplies. Beds were comfortable. Getting in and out of the property was a breeze with coded access and no need for keys. Our hosts were very responsive. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

Alexia’s home was the perfect place for us to accommodate interstate guests for my husband’s 50th Birthday. The home was beautifully laid out comfortable and super clean. We very much enjoyed the fab sauna with inferred light, pool & a fabulous picturesque bathtub was a treat to rest after the day’s adventures. Alexia was very responsive and accommodating. She also left us some treats (chokkie & bottle of bubbles) for my Hubby’s birthday, which we were very grateful for. We highly recommend a stay.

Selina’s place is a great central location! Walking distance to Albert Street shops and Queen Street mall, great restaurants, and a park across the road. Easy walk to the central bus station, easy to catch a bus to Suncorp Stadium etc. Selina’s place was well equipped with everything you could need for a stay! She greeted us on check in and showed us around which we really appreciated! The pool is a bonus, with great views to the Brisbane river! Would highly recommend :)

Lovely place to stay in a fabulous complex. The apartment was a great open space with all the facilities and equipment you could ask for. Communication with the hosts was always rapid and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and presentable apartment. Great location and easy walk to restaurants, Brisbane Exhibition & Convention Centre, rail station (South Brisbane). Yet still quiet Benny is a responsive communicator and provided very clear instruction on how to access the apartment.

The apartment is in a great location, walkable distance to not only restaurants/bars but also local train stations making travel to/from and around the area easy. The rooftop pool and sitting area is also a great bonus. The apartment itself is well furnished, clean throughout and well stocked with amenities. We especially appreciated the cold water in the fridge! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Brisbane and recommend to any others looking for a few days away in the city
