Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Fortitude Valley

We had a lovely evening. Walked home from a fun concert in the Botanic Gardens. Jack was easy to contact and provided heaps of helpful information that meant we did not need to check in during our stay. Beds were comfy, A/C was lovely and the vibe was great! Thanks team - will be back 😊

If you're looking for the hot spot in Brisbane, this place is right around the corner from it! Apartment is well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The bedrooms are across the residence from each other and each has a bathroom, which is very nice to have some space. Well stocked kitchen (plates, glasses, etc) and nice sitting areas (living area, back porch, and covered patio). Water pressure was good in shower. My only real gripe is that there are a lot of keys on the key ring and it took us a bit to figure out which one did what. We also never figured out the lift, but I think that was user error, not building error. Fortitude Valley area is hopping at night (Wed-Fri) so you may have some noise from that, but just go out and enjoy it instead of sitting in the apartment. Tons of restaurants, bars, and clubs literally around the corner. Also the Fortitude Valley train station. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Amazing Airbnb with one of the best views of Brisbane, really well stocked with everything you would need and great hosts. Sad to leave and would love to stay again !

We had an awesome stay! The accommodation was spacious, well equipped and perfect location for bars, restaurants and things to do. This apartment has great amenities and is styled beautifully. We will certainly be staying here again.

We had a great three night stay at Brett's place. It was an easy drive to the places we wanted to visit and we'll positioned for our departure south west towards Toowoomba. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it to make a few meals at home. We walked up to a local coffee shop a few times and also did a longer walk down to the river, where we caught the RiverCat ferry into Brisbane CBD without having to worry about or pay for parking. The walk back to Brett's place uphill was a bit more challenging but manageable even for us (reasonably fit retirees). Very quiet location in a residential street. We'd be very happy to stay again.

I loved my stay here as it’s amongst the buzz of the city. The accommodation was perfect, huge space to relax and the pool was heaven. It has car noise but just close the doors and it blocks it all out. Walkable to the bridge and I walked to the city everyday it was a great experience staying here. And it’s dog friendly with a secure space. Thanks for having us 🙏🏻

Shane's extra touches of a welcome pack made us feel truly greeted home. Shane’s place exceeded our expectations; it was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and presented even better than the listing photos! Inside, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the living spaces and outside spaces were well-decorated and inviting, making us feel right at home. It truly felt like our own quiet and tranquil piece of paradise. The location was a huge plus for us, offering convenient access to the Brisbane Entertainment Centre and being just a short walk to public transport. We highly recommend Shane’s place!

I can't adequately put into words how refreshing it was to stay at Amber's place. We were in QLD for family obligations & work, Amber's place felt like a serene refuge to retreat to after big days. We enjoyed swimming and welcoming the sunrise on the deck over our morning coffees. I also made use of the work station which was well set up to WFH. Easy commute into the cbd. Amber responded quickly and was helpful when we had an issue with the air-conditioning which was resolved. Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

Sally was a great host. She was very welcoming, helpful and always replied promptly to messages. Her home was perfect for our needs and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Simone's place was absolutely incredible!! The space was so clean, peaceful and felt like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and we absolutely loved the homey touches of bakery bread and lamingtons. I will certainly be staying here again! Thank you so much Simone 🩵
