The Casita is small, i.e., approximately 500 square feet. However, it has a queen size bed, a twin bed, and two single sofa sleepers. It has a full kitchen, a small refrigerator. Well behaved pets are welcome and may enjoy the fully fenced, private yard.

This is a great home within walking distance to WNMU and downtown Silver City. The home was well stocked with blankets, pillows, necessities like toilet paper and coffee, and with comfortable furniture. There was plenty of space for three of us to spread out. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the unique homes in the area. Thank you for the nice stay!

This will be our future rental in Silver City! The house was even better than the pictures showed. We felt safe and comfortable there. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! There’s plenty of extra blankets and towels as well.
