With us, you will stay comfortably in our cozy guest house, in the middle of beautiful Höga Kusten and close to many popular excursion destinations, swimming, hiking trails, ski trails, shops, restaurant, gas station. Electric car charger in the yard. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa and fireplace with pellet basket. Cozy sleeping loft, private entrance and private balcony. Barbecue available to borrow. Barbecue charcoal and lighter fluid are available for a fee. Sorry, we can't have cats in the cottage. Welcome, here you have an affordable accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simple meals. Airfryer, Microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle, etc. There is a bus stop about 100m from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Here you can enjoy the proximity to nature and easily get to all the sights found in the High Coast area. A lovely glassed-in porch where you can sit and blend in the bravades of the day. Pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the house. A travel cot is available for the smallest visitors. The house is fully equipped for year around living.

Welcome to a cozy apartment with a private entrance on the ground floor, centrally located with walking distance into the city center. City views from the window and forest just behind. Perfect location for exploring all that Höga Kusten has to offer! Kitchen and living room with a sofa bed where 2 can sleep and a bedroom with a 90 cm bed. Extra mattresses can be arranged if needed. Next to the toilet there is also a small laundry room. Free WiFi. Note, no smoking in the apartment or on the area.

About 10 km to Sollefteå which has one of Sweden's best and most complete ski facilities (ski tracks, ski slope and biathlon). Close access to hiking, biking (downhill) and an unbeatable nature. Pretty close to the High Coast gems. Overall, there are plenty of activity opportunities within easy reach. Look into Sollefteå municipality and High Kusten's websites for lots of inspiration.

In the kitchen, there is an old wood stove that is not in operation. There is a charging station for electric car owners. Please notify us in advance and we will free up that parking space.
