1 year old apt. 8 min walk from the Oslo S. Amazing view. Pier just outside the building and lots of great restaurants. Supermarked, pharmasi and vine store in the basement. Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. New apartments in front finished in Aug 2025. From the beginning, there was good communication via email and SMS. We were personally picked up from the train station and taken to the apartment. Great service. The apartment was huge, with a large living room and bedroom. The windows went from ceiling to floor, so very bright. You didn't hear anything from neighbors, you hardly met anyone. Very safe house. A downside was the non-adjustable air conditioning. After 3 days, we had gotten used to the noise (maybe we were too tired from the many museum visits and the fresh air to hear anything). Unfortunately, there was noise from the outside now in the summer time: the restaurant "After work" boomed with the disco basses up to the apartment. And last night (Saturday before Pentecost) was really bad: in the Akerhusfestning, a noise stage was set up, on which this disco bass noise echoed over to us from Saturday evening to Sunday morning at 5 a.m. We couldn't sleep and had to get up again at 4:30.....

This is a wonderful place to stay and is within a few minutes walk from the Oslo Central Station. We arrived at midnight by train and had no problem finding the apartment at all. The apartment looks exactly like the photos shown here. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very nice apartment, everything we need, very clean and modern. It is in a great area, walkable, pubs, restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as easy access to public transit is. We were able to park our car about 1-block away.

Great location! Secure building with a culturally diverse community which we throughly enjoyed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the apartment was cool and quiet. Highly recommend.

Nice apartment in a quiet location. We stayed there as a group of four. It was a bit cramped but manageable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the balcony is spacious and offers a great view. The bus stop is quite close by and the connection is very good, but you can also walk into town. Supermarket and bakery are located only few minutes away.

5 Stars All Around! I had a fantastic stay at Reena’s place in Oslo. She was incredibly polite, kind, and friendly from the moment I arrived. Reena was also very attentive and always quick to respond to any questions—her communication was top-notch. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location. It’s super easy to get to the city center, and there are plenty of nearby markets and restaurants. One of the highlights of my stay was chatting and laughing with Reena—she’s such a warm and genuine person. I had a great time and will absolutely stay with her again the next time I’m in Oslo. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is really great…near shops and restaurants as well as being convenient to tourist attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Tord place and it was a beautiful stay! The apartment was clean and as per the pictures. Perfect place for kids with a loft where they can play. The kids were also able to run free and safe in the backyard and play in the common playground. The apartment was close to the city center, easy to take the bus :) There is also a park at 5 minutes walking with a great view over Oslo. Alltogether, I would greatly recommend Tord’s place :)

Amazing stay! Snezana was so friendly, kind and a great host. She is respecting the privacy and you feel home in her apartment. The location is around 20-30 min from the city center but well connected with metro station. Honestly it's a great place for a quiet stay and close by hikes. She was so kind to always give me instructions for the best hikes in the area and even offering me a sweet treat. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to stat with her.

Great place to stay with our family. We were greeted at the apartment and it was beautiful as advertised. Loved sitting outside on the deck. Great views! It was a quick walk from the train station and to the tram. There are nice restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes walk of the apartment. I would recommend staying here.
