Monthly Rentals in Formigine

The communication was always very friendly and fast, even before arrival we were in contact with Nicola and Francesca. Upon request, we were allowed to check in earlier, which made us very happy. The apartment is very large, has a great kitchen, a large living room with balcony and a large bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine and dryer in the small bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. Before you arrive, have the use of the air conditioning in combination with other large devices explained to you again, so that the same thing does not happen to you as it did to us (small power failure). After a short message, Nicola suddenly stood at the door, which made us very happy. He then showed us everything again. Francesca also surprised us with a visit, both were very friendly and helpful. Since we still had an appointment on the day of departure, we asked if a later departure would be possible. That was absolutely no problem either. We will be happy to come back.

Riccardo's place was absolutely beautiful and incredibly well-organized. The location felt very safe and convenient, perfectly situated for exploring Milan, Venice, and Florence by car. We also appreciated how close it was to a supermarket. Riccardo himself was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host!

Our stay in this apartment was amazing! 🙂The place around is perfect for long walking. Dante is so kind! He helped is with everything what we needed and recomended the best restaurant. Thank you so much, Dante. We will recomend.

Spacious, well arranged and well-equipped apartment. Quiet environment and close to shops, Modena, Maranello etc .... very quickly accessible. Cristian is super responsive and very welcoming.
