Vacation rentals with breakfast in Formia

The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

We stayed for two nights at Federica's place in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us tips on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a short walk from the house. For me it is a fantastic place to relax and to visit the surroundings, hiking or trekking and the hosts are keen to have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

Highly recommended if you are staying in Caserta to visit the Royal Palace. Cool, quiet very comfortable and stylish apartment. A short stroll from the Palace and supermarket closed by. Rasma and her husband were very helpful and welcoming.

After staying in Mrs. Virginia's apartment, I can say that it was a truly special experience. Mrs. Virginia is a wonderful, kind and welcoming person, who makes you feel at home from the first moment. His sympathy and human warmth make everything even more pleasant. The house is a real marvel: tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable, an oasis of tranquility and beauty in the heart of the city. A stay that I will surely remember fondly!

Mr Antonio is a very welcome host. The BnB is located at the bottom floor of his private house, with separate entrance. The parking spot is behind automatic gate. He is a very nice person and eager to help. The language barrier was a bit of a problem, but for more complicated topics we used phone translation. Would recommend.

downtown room about a 10/15 minute walk to the station and a 10-minute walk to the Royal Palace. Clean room, bed linen, bathroom and towels. Snacks and water in the mini fridge. Very good breakfast in a bar within walking distance. TV with Netflix and other platforms (Raiplay). Giuseppe was extremely kind and very attentive to provide me with assistance and advice on where to eat. I will certainly return to the beautiful Caserta and its B&B

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

the accommodation is located in the inner area of Circeo, which is an advantage because it is far from the chaos but only a 5-minute drive from the sea. The accommodation is a small villa immersed in the countryside, renovated and cared for in every detail. The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. In the morning, Valeria provided us with a full breakfast that we could enjoy in the beautiful patio. Valeria was very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
