Vacation rentals with a patio in Forio

I recommend Michele's house because it is very central, comfortable and original in the structure and furnishings. Ideal for a group of friends like us, available to share common spaces or for a family. Would love to go back!

This Airbnb was exactly like the pictures, but better! The host was helpful and gave a ton of great recommendations for local restaurants and beaches. We rented scooters for 3 days and the process was seamless and we were able to see the island and all of its beauty. We will definitely be coming back to this beautiful place! Thank you!

The apartment was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom worked good.

Great location, just 4 minutes away from a public beach and 10 minutes to Forio. Nice apartment with a small private pool, and there’s even a larger pool with a bar just around the corner, also operated by Angelo and his staff. Everything was great.

A stay that will stay in our hearts! Augusto, Eva and Enzo were really kind and friendly, they welcomed us and treated us really well from the beginning to the end of our stay. There are directions to the beaches and points of interest, but also the tips on where to eat both as restaurants and as a snack! What to say? Of the really exquisite people with whom it was nice to chat during the day! Villa Martina is a beautiful place, starting with the architecture, the swimming pool and the sunset view area a little more secluded. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED in every way! We hope to be back in the future :)

This was the absolute perfect place for our 3-day visit to Ischia with our toddler. Both bedrooms were very comfortable (our daughter called hers a playground because it was so much fun—bunk beds, coloring books, colorful furniture, and Rita even provided a baby cot/pack n play). The large terrace off the main bedroom stayed cool throughout the day and was ideal for meals, the kitchen and living room were large and had everything needed to feel at home. AC in both bedrooms, and massive rooftop terrace that’s lovely at night. The location is absolutely ideal—about a 5 min walk from San Montano/Negombo (best beach we visited) and even less from the center of Lacco Ameno. The best part of the Airbnb, though, is Rita, who is quite possibly the best host we’ve ever had. She gave amazing local recommendations for the entire island and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We plan to be back soon and hope to stay here again! Don’t hesitate to book immediately if it’s available!

Great apartment in a perfect location! Right on the harbor with views, and just steps from a large selection of restaurants serving excellent food. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, including recently updated, bathrooms. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Highly recommended!

Mario's apartment is very nice, spacious and very clean. It has a beautiful outdoor space for reading, eating, or simply sunbathing in peace. It is a short walk from the Corso di Lacco Ameno and about a 20-minute walk from the Negombo thermal park. Mario turned out to be an attentive and helpful host; he gave us precise and timely directions, kept in constant contact with us, with useful advice and information and reserved a very precious parking space for us... an added value in the beautiful Ischia. A special thank you for the warm welcome even though we were more than an hour late in the late evening!

Perfect...is the only word to describe this place and our stay. Our family of five felt right at home. Beautiful, comfortable home with the right attention to details. Location is perfect right between Porto and Ponte. Peppino was very responsive, caring and helped on the front end with providing a driver (Loredona) and answering any questions we had. Carlo was there to greet us and on top of his professionalism, he had a welcome gift and overall genuineness to him.

Quiet and beautiful sea view, Vesuvius can be seen in the distance, with a magnificent sunrise in the morning.Everything is wonderful as described.The host booked us a parking spot in advance and everything was solved right away, the service was top notch, thank you so much for exchanging with the host's father to enjoy the art work

We were guests of this property with a small child and found it comfortable for families, they provided us with the crib and the apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is excellent and the possibility of parking the car in a reserved area definitely a plus! The host is extremely responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica's place! Monica welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips and help with our stay. Her husband even brought us local pastries in the morning. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, the large patio with a wonderful view of the sea, and the fantastic restaurant just 3 minutes away. From this location, it was easy to explore the island by bus, motorbike, or rental car. We really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with Monica and her family.

Franco was simply AMAZING, since his first response he proposed to pick us up directly at the Port of arrival, then he was very kind on the way to the house to indicate the best bars and restaurants in the place, where we went on his recommendation and I can confirm that they were truly enchanting, the house is functional, comfortable, elegant and fully matched the description and photos. The area is very nice, full of clubs but also very quiet and a stone's throw from the beaches and the Aragonese Castle. thank you again Franco, we will DEFINITELY be back;)

Apartment as shown in the photo. Spacious, functional, very clean. Beautiful sea view. Vincenzo is friendly and very hospitable. He is also a great chef (his restaurant is one of the three best between Ischia Porto and Ponte). We will certainly return

As a solo traveler, this was the perfect location to get around! Walking or taking the bus was very easy

Stayed with two children! Giuseppe was a great and responsive host. Parking was arranged close by. Monte di Procida is a 30 mins drive from Naples but was great to stay with small children who loved the beach. beautiful surroundings and lots to do! Strong air conditioning :)

Had a nice time in the citrus garden and enjoyed the beach near by if you're not afraid walking some stairs. Bit oldschool interior, but cozy. Giuseppina is very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at Luigia's Beautiful place for 6 nights. Roberta who manages the Villa was super proactive and Beyond Kind and Helpful. She met us at the Apartment helped us with our Huge and Heavy Luggage and welcomed us with some Local Bread and Pastries. The Villa's Location and View is just breathtaking. Views of the Tyrrhenian sea and the famous Castle. We never wanted to leave and could have stayed for another week. The Villa is super walkable into Ischia Pointe and to the Port Area. Roberta referred us to Roberto a Car Driver and he took us everywhere we wanted to go around the Island for many of the days we were there - he was so funny and kind and very reasonable. The Villa is filled with Charm - some old world and some modern. Everywhere we went and ate was fabulous. Roberta and Roberto always made sure we were okay while we were at the Villa and followed up to make sure we made it home. I will definitely return - Thank You Roberta for your kindness.
