Beachfront vacation rentals in Forio

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

A bright mini-house, in a very central area but at the same time secluded and quiet. Nearby: shops, restaurants, port of Forio, supermarkets, bus stop. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, etc.) and also some extras (coffee, tea, salt). Responsive host, but not intrusive. Recommended

Marinas place was absolutely fabulous. It’s a beautiful authentic Italian villa next to a beautiful beach with clear water. The nature of the location is hilly but it’s an old fishing village so this is part of the charm. No cars in the place. We couldn’t have had a nicer few days. The whole family loved it. It was spotless and communication was excellent. It felt like a real home it had everything to cook etc. thank you Marina!

Amazing location, provided with lots of water and fruit on arrival, more spacious than in the photos. A really pretty terrace and overall good place to stay!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Annamaria’s place was spacious, homey, well stocked and had a lovely outdoor patio. The place is even better than the photos! She gave great recommendations for activities around the island as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

The accommodation is located in a great location close to the center, easy to reach by car. The apartment is very nice, very spacious with beautiful terraces where you can have breakfast. Both Maria and Nicola have always responded to our requests, trying to meet our needs. Great value for money.

This was our favorite property in during our 3 week tour in Italy. Gianluigi is extremely helpful and friendly. Waited patiently for us to meet us at the property. The property was spacious and clean, and we were provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, food for dinner (homemade tomato sauce!), and eggs and bread for breakfast (plus other items). We were blown away by it all. The location is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! the location is perfect in front of the pubic beach. Giuseppe excente, I'll give us an umbrella and lounge chairs, always ready for what we needed, Eduald. They filled us with the thermal pool for us. It's a highly recommended place

Pacos place was wonderful. the pools and sauna were a nice way to relax at the end of the day. the view was spectacular and the sunsets were amazing!

Fantastic location. There were 3 generations staying and something for us all. Swimming pool was great. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed this place and would thoroughly recommend it

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

Spectacular views, very clean and lush pool and peaceful location. Helpful and friendly host. Not easily accessible even with a small fiat Panda car. Advise to get bus instead. Had to park and pay in local car park but the host kindly drove us to and fro from the car on arrival and departure. He also helped to bring heavy bags back from the local supermarket and to find a cash point. You need small cash for local buses and taxi boat. Great holiday overall and convenient for sightseeing and Ischia Port.

We LOVED Maria and Enrico’s place. We came here in family with our two daughters (2 years and 7 months old) The place was even better than expected in all senses. Maria and Enrico welcomed us like family with amazing local recommendations (taxi, wine, market, restaurant) and make us feel like super guests. Extremely welcoming, caring and friendly couple. Communication was A+++ The surroundings are stunning and peaceful, with the pool (spa heated with natural thermal source), the trees and the view. The pools and BBQ are shared as expected but never made us feel like the place was crowded. Our appartments felt very private too. People are mostly Italian tourists which felt also great for us. Walkable distance to supermarkets and public beach. Bus stop at 2 min, easy to go around. Go to Panza, really cute with a local market, and Formo (market comunale) and taverna verde (best food ever, family running restaurant). After a fee nights, they gave us new towels and extra toilet paper

We loved our stay at the loft! The private garden was a highlight. Rubina / Veronica were great hosts, always responding to messages and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Location and amenities! Perfect place for us, across from the beach with additional 3 pools. Our host Veronica was friendly, welcoming and responsive. I can highly recommend this place for a small family or friends. Grazie Veronica.

My stay in Lucia and Francesco's small house was superb, the hosts are very attentive and available, the village of Sant'Angelo is sublime My only regret is not planning a longer stay... I'll be happy to go back!

beautiful setting. very responsive host always available and happy to arrange things like taxis, boat rentals, car hire etc. big ring binder full of local spots on arrival and they've even negotiated some deals with local restaurants. the location is beautiful with fantastic views and lots of local amenities which are very walkable. bus stop about 5 mins from the location. flat itself is spacious and nicely laid out with loads of thoughtfull little touches. big fan, will aim to stay here again when we come back to Ischia

Susanna’s place was fantastic. The apartment was in an incredible location in the center of Ischia. The apartment was very modern and clean. The patio outside was great to have breakfast in the morning. 4 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes from the Main Street with all the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from the main bus stop. The bus system is very good and I went all over the island on it. Susanna was very responsive and welcoming host and I plan on coming back next summer for a longer stay. Ischia is absolutely beautiful and enchanting! Grazie Mille!

Wonderful week with family at Roberto's, the duplex is very cool, very clean and absolutely ideally located, above the prettiest square in the city, Wow! 🌞👌

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Fabrizio’s place was perfect for our family of 5. The decks with ocean views were great and bedrooms and bathrooms all very well appointed. Very walkable location to local shops, beaches, and port. Host was very responsive and had nice restaurant recommendations. We had a slight ant issue that was addressed very quickly. We would highly recommend this place and would love to return to the beautiful island of Ischia!

The stay in Salvatore's apartment exceeded my expectations! Before I arrived, in the accommodation I had booked there was a problem in the bathroom, so they moved me to another much larger and comfortable apartment, always in the heart of downtown. All I can do is thank you for Salvatore and his brother Michele for the unexpected nice surprise, for the kindness and availability 😊

Great place to stay, impossible to get a better view. You will not have wifi or cell signal in the garden or by the water which makes it a perfect location to disconnect! Ischia point is a 15min walk— gorgeous views the whole way. Firm thin bed, all amenities you could need are provided. So happy I chose this place to relax, Maria is a wonderful host!
