Tucked out of the way in the countryside, Luca's home is a wonderful place for retreat after a day (or several!) exploring nearby Urbino and surrounding towns and sites of the beautiful Marche region. Highly recommend this lovely home and appreciated the easy communication with our hosts.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place for a relaxing holiday. Urbino is only half an hour away, and there are a couple of very good restaurants in Fossombrone and a good market there on Mondays. The Gola del Furlo is spectacular; it is tranquil and a lovely place to pass a few hours in the fresh air. The apartment had everything we needed ( except perhaps a toaster would have been useful!) and Adriana and Angelo were always on hand to help with any queries. There are 3 cats and a dog at the property, and they were great company! This part of Italy is very attractive and we would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

Easy to understand why Alessandra is a superhost. Both the place and accommodations, and the care for the guests is simply outstanding! And every time we returned from a day trip we were greeted by the friendly dogs :)
