Just 15 mins to Folly Beach & 6 min to Downtown Charleston, we are in an ideal location. *Please note, this sleeps a max of 2 adults. The bunks are too small to accommodate more than that. This space is small, but does have a sitting area, kitchenette, bathroom, and private fenced yard perfect for watching Folly Beach stroll by. Maximum occupancy is 2 at all times, additional guests are not allowed. The unit is a totally private area with no access to shared space, inside or outside. It is rented out less than 72 days per year.
