Vacation rentals with beach access in Focene

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

Really lovely stay! The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Very close to the beach. It’s lovely and quiet, in a residential area. It’s about a 30 min walk from the main square with a selection of restaurants and bars. There are restaurants closer. Would highly recommend!

The hosts are very kind and provided us with very detailed and clear instructions for check-in, including very useful photos. The house is very beautiful and clean, as in the photos. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location in the square is really perfect! There are great bars and restaurants nearby, and the sea is a stone's throw away! We had a great time!

Great apartment near the airport and downtown Fiumicino with lots of restaurants nearby. Ideal for a night stop-over in Rome! Highly recommended!

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

The apartment is beautiful, a beautiful place where you can enjoy the calm and a beautiful terrace close to the sea and spend peaceful evenings on the terrace. David was super helpful an responsive helping us check in super late at night (when we got lost)The location is so close to the beach and the bikes made getting to other restaurants so convenient. Would stay there again!

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

We greatly enjoyed our stay with proximity to the beach. A nice place to relax before our flight home. The host helped us book a shuttle to the airport which was very helpful. We really liked the functional design of this seaside condo.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Fabiana’s home is a little treasure. So much care and attention to creating a little beach getaway. Comfortable bedding, all the wonderful amenities and a fabulous, responsive host. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop living space to watch the sunset or simply to relax. Walkable to the beach and a great restaurant. Close to airport which made it easy to make our connection along with Fabiana’s shuttle recommendation. Fabiana was always prompt and so helpful in responding to our needs or questions. A wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

Really very nice apartment. Francesca is very kind and always available. The exclusive terrace and hot tub are added values. Everything was really perfect, we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great!! We stayed for 4 nights. Christina is a kind and generous host who made the stay worthwhile . She had 2 bikes for us to get around town and took us to the airport. Close to a coffee shop and restaurants. I worked remote here and the WiFi was great. Highly recommend.

Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

Very warm welcome. Mattia was understanding and supportive despite a delayed arrival. We were offered a shuttle service at a very reasonable price for transportation from the airport to the Airbnb as well as for our departure the next day. We really enjoyed it. Thank you! We were offered small snacks and the bathroom was equipped with different products that could be useful if needed. Small touches appreciated! The premises were comfortable and very well maintained.
