The Beechwood community was a pleasant environment and well maintained. Pete's unit is handily sited adjacent to the tennis court, pool and gym and gives the feeling of privacy. Local Florey shops are within easy walking distance with good coffee shops and a great supermarket. The local Florey area was good for walking and very close to Lake Ginninderra for more extensive walking/nature areas as well as a variety of restaurants.

Very comfortable house. Wonderful to have the dog yard and kennel. Backyard needs some general TLC and tidying but the indoor house space was immaculate. My only hesitation for future winter stays would be no heating in the lounge room. Reverse cycle system in dining/kitchen doesn’t effectively warm the front lounge room.

The building exterior features a modern design with large glass panels. A signage for a specialty burger and coffee house is visible, along with outdoor seating. Surrounding greenery and trees create a calming environment on the plaza.

This apartment is in an ideal location and it is very handy having a Woolies Metro at street level. The car parking could be confusing but Yanzhe was so helpful in guiding us to the correct spot. The apartment has lots of space and is simply furnished.

We stayed at Michelle and Vince’s place for four months for work at UC. It was the perfect home away from home. The location was fabulous with positives being the views of Lake Ginninderra, the proximity to the Belconnen bus exchange, groceries being directly across the street, and the nearness of the lake. The apartment itself is outstandingly equipped with high quality cookware and dishes. We cooked nearly every day there. The towels and sheets are high quality and comfortable as well. Further, the gym and pool at the building are fantastic. Michelle and Vince are outstanding hosts and the apartment is ideal for long and short stays. We highly recommend this location and these hosts. Especially if you are considering a longer stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Steven’s place! The house was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated, very clean, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. Steven was a fantastic host—very cooperative, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Really lovely place perfect for a weekend with the family in Canberra. Big back yard perfect for our doggo. Beds were super comfy (that's a plus) and having a toddler we really appreciate the minimalistic design of the place and thoughtfulness of the extra linens, toys, books, items in the kitchen, laundry.. also the easy of getting in and out of the place with proximity to Canberra locations was 10/10. Amazing comms from hosts and a lovely touch with plenty of firewood for the open fire etc. we had a really wonderful weekend and would be back for sure.
