Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Cats are on site and Cats and dogs stay in the house sometimes so nothing for allergic people. Bring your own sheets and towels or. rent for 75 kr per person. Level differences and stairs on the property.

Beautiful country house on the Emån River in southern Sweden

Southern Sweden country house on the Emån River on the outskirts of Fliseryd. The nearest towns are Mönsterås (16 km), Oskarshamn (22 km) and Kalmar (44 km). It is about 10 km (linear distance) to the sea. A big supermarket is very close in the village of Fliseryd. The winter-proof house is quietly located on the river with its own jetty, surrounded by meadows and forests. A golf course is only 10 minutes away. The house also has a cozy conservatory overlooking the river. Fishing is no problem!

History: Our farm was built early 1900 by Caroline's old grandfather Erik. Our residential house was built in 1908, the following years the rest of the buildings. 1925 man lillstugan so then was used as a small farm dwelling, while upstairs and the part where the kitchen is now a storage room and grain magazine. Åslemåla, a beautiful place on the country side

A small guest house with room for 4 people, located on the country side. Kitchen, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, stove, toilett, Tv, dvd, play station 3.....if you can not find the second bed room... look again and it helps if you have seen the movie Narnia :)....There is no shower in the guest house, but an out door shower in the garden… also no wi-fi in the guest house. A peaceful and quiet environment in middle of the nature....
