Beach house vacation rentals in Flinders

This BnB was very beautifully decorated, my family and I wanted to stay close by as we were eloping in the area and what made this BnB so perfect was the fact they owned the second one next door, meaning our family had lots of space and we could walk between each others houses without needing to get into the car. The home itself self was very well equipped with everything we needed, so many utensils and crockery. Denise & Henrik went above and beyond for my partner and I to ensure the space was perfect for our wedding day stay on Phillip Island. They were both very informative and helpful and was available for support for any questions we needed.

This would have to be one of my favorite places , across from the beach with easy access sitting on the balcony watching the sun setting was amazing , beds a comfy and it was equipped with everything you could possibly imagine for your comfort for a home away from home , my dog Malle loved sitting in deck watching the world go by .. he was secure and safe in the front yard . Jennifer was an amazing host , very responsive , overall a wonderful location , close to the bustling Mornington shopping strip and a cafe just down the road . Highly recommend Jennifer’s lovely beachside home .

We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Salthouse Beachside. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice, relaxed vibe. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient. The architecture and interior design were beautifulsimple but stylish, with a lot of thoughtful touches. We especially enjoyed the collection of books and the calming atmosphere they helped create. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, well-designed beachside escape!

The house is located right in front on the beach (that feels private) we were able to see the sunset and sunrise. The house has everything you could need and it’s really beautiful. 100% recommend

The house itself is modern, clean, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from the kitchen essentials to the cozy living spaces. Its location was perfect for us — just a short drive to the Penguin Parade, which was a memorable experience, and close to Cowes for dining, shopping, and exploring. Whether we were enjoying a morning coffee with the ocean as our backdrop or coming back after a day out, this place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a tranquil and scenic getaway!

We had a brilliant stay at Diana’s house for a very special milestone birthday weekend. Diana was responsive and comprehensive in the detail she shared and tips for making the most of our stay. The house was beautifully cosy, but plenty of room for a couple of families comfortably. The views and outdoor area were especially spectacular, so peaceful and ideal for our young kids to run around (and the grown ups to play some lawn games!). Lovely modern house. Very comfortable & spacious. Great location.

This was the perfect place for our family getaway. We had teenagers and toddlers with us and this property had something for everyone. Most importantly my father who has a mobility disorder and has a wheelchair and walking frame was able to move around the house with ease. The hosts were super responsive and provided us with a lot of information about the property and things to do in the area. Thank you for a beautiful weekend.

We had a great stay here. Very comfortable and welcoming home for our family weekend away. Easy walk to the shops and beach with kids. The cupboards are stocked with all the essentials and the level of thoughtful detail that has gone into enhancing the guest experience is really impressive and so appreciated. A cold, wet winter weekend for our stay, but we’d love to return in summer to really enjoy the lovely deck, backyard and pool. Instead we enjoyed the board games that were provided. We absolutely loved our stay, the house is lovely and well equipped. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an air BNB stay. The house was very homely and you feel comfortable immediately. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was lovely. The weather wasn’t quite warm enough to enjoy the pool as much as we’d have liked. The host are very responsive and lovely to communicate with.

A very enjoyable and cosy stay. Tamara made everything super easy from start to finish - we really appreciated the local recommendations and the array of welcome treats for us and our dogs as well. Definitely recommend and will be back for sure.

My friends and I were on our annual girls weekend away, and the house lived up to every expectation. Three excellent size bedrooms inside plus a generous bungalow so everyone had their own areas. Lounge and kitchen areas suited us well with excellent heating. Decor was very attractive and the house was immaculately clean. Would definitely recommend.

I took my family to Tamara's place on Field st. over weedays. Tamara's place is exceptionally beautiful with high quality settings. Heated pool was well worth it for this time of the year. We really enjoyed our time together in Tamara's place. Tamara also provided a lot of great tips around the area. We also took our little dog with us. The house is very pet friendly. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We had a great Easter long weekend in the house! It was super close to the beach and a park for our kids - it had everything we needed to enjoy our staycation. We would highly recommend to anyone especially families who want to get away to a quiet coastal town!

Lovely home in Cowes. Roughly 2.5km to the esplanade. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet and safe area. Outside decking was nice and the kitchen was lovely.

We love visiting Ocean Grove with our Grandson and in particular staying near the lake with all its bird life. The house is walkable from the main street with its shops and cafes plus a short drive from other key spots within the Bellarine Peninsula. A very comfortable house with all amenities one would require, particularly the large kitchen and lounge dining area and views from the balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michael and Vanessa’s house. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and a great central space. It also has great outdoor dining areas to enjoy meal times together. They are great hosts and would recommend it for a large group looking for a beach getaway.
