A really great home away from home. We had a really comfortable stay and thought the house was really clean on arrival. Great place for a weekend away.

The place is perfectly located, close to amenities, public transport and great local cafes, restaurants and shops. Inside it’s perfectly styled, includes everything you’ve need for a short or long stay and has very comfortable beds.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

Great spot, pretty quiet. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Bed was comfy. Would be happy to stay here again.

Beautifully designed with every space feeling calm, homely and luxurious. The natural light is superb both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs bed was incredibly comfortable - we did not try the one upstairs, but we loved the room and the space. The writers nook was absolutely gorgeous - it really inspired me, I loved it. Fiona and Dave have thought of everything for a unique stay where vintage and modern design are woven together to create a home filled with art and beautiful pieces everywhere. Close to south Melbourne market for shopping, and an ideal location for coffee and patisseries. I look forward to our next stay. Thank you!

We’re so grateful to have had Nicola as our host. She was incredibly warm, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small ant issue (thanks to Melbourne’s wet weather, not the house!) she came over right away with spray - and the ants disappeared overnight. She also thoughtfully left us milk, snacks, and later brought extra blankets for comfort. Every gesture showed how much she cared. Her home was absolutely stunning - full of character, charm, and warmth. Every corner felt intentional, with beautiful decor and trinkets that reflected her love for travel and culture. There was even a play area upstairs that our kids loved! The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near shops. We truly adored both the home and Nicola. She made our trip feel so special, and we left feeling incredibly thankful for the experience. Thank you Nicola! ❤️

We had a wonderful three-night stay with our family! The property exceeded our expectations, and here’s why: 📍 Location: Easy to find by car, peaceful surroundings, and hassle-free parking. 🛏️ Rooms: All three bedrooms had incredibly comfortable large beds—we all slept wonderfully! 🛋️ Living Room: The pre-warmed heating was such a thoughtful touch, and the huge TV made movie nights feel like a home theater—perfect for family time. 🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything we needed, plus generous supplies of condiments and drinks. 🚿 Bathroom: Well-stocked with toiletries, and the washer/dryer combo was super convenient. Our kids especially loved the long hallway—a fun and unique feature compared to our own home! Thank you for your warm hospitality—you’ve made our trip to Australia truly memorable. Great place to stay and a great area, close enough to the city, whilst offering more peaceful surroundings. Close to public transport and other amenities. Carmen was a great host and always responsive. Check in was easy and the place was comfortable, what more could you ask for :)

Shannon was very friendly and responsive to my questions. The trams are one block away, the supermarket was two blocks away and it was only a little further to the trains. I also enjoyed walking by the river, which is about a kilometer away. The master bedroom has a north facing window. Thanks Shannon!

Great little spot with a reasonable price tag. The aircon was a saviour in the 35 degree heat that I arrived in, then when it dropped to 17 degrees the next day (classic Melbourne weather) the heat light in the bathroom was appreciated. Comfy mattress, all the essentials (I even used the iron/ironing board). The cafe directly across the road were super friendly and delicious too (Duke of Grantham).

We were able to find the lockbox and building easily thanks to John’s instructions. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids). The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the amenities provided which was really helpful. We loved the location with shops and cafes being a walk across the road. Would highly recommend 👍

I would highly recommend booking Sheryl's apartment, if you get the chance! Sheryl was a wonderful host, who was extremely accommodating, and very prompt to respond to any of our questions, regarding our stay. The apartment was very tidy, and possessed all of the amenities to make our stay a comfortable one. It was also located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, and had a beautiful view of the city, and the surrounding parklands!

My second time staying at Kate's place. Met Kate before checking-in and had a pleasant conversation over a cuppa before checking-in. Her place is super convenient and the tram is literally at the doorstep. No noise from road. Very cosy. My go-to place now when I'm in Melbourne. Thanks Kate!! :)

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless – very clean and tidy throughout, which made it super comfortable. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it a great base for exploring the area. The host was exceptional – clear and consistent with communication, and all instructions were easy to follow. They were also incredibly hospitable and flexible, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Selina’s place was just as beautiful as the photos promised. The location, overlooking Queen Victoria Market, was perfect! Central and convenient, with easy access to everything whether on foot or by public transport. The view from the 45th floor was incredible, such a unique perspective of the city. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back. Thanks for everything!

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. We had a great time staying at Manjunath’s apartment in China Town. Location was great and close to everything we needed. Everything was clean presented well. Our check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and we had everything we needed in the apartment for our stay.

This is our second time staying at Monica's place. The apartment is clean and tidy, check in is easy, communication with Monica is always smooth. The apartment is very close to tram station, so it's easy to go anywhere. Definitely recommend it if you're paying a visit to Melbourne.

Loved the location. Love that there are amenities not always found in hotels (Eg cooking items, washing powder). Was really good with our toddler, the bed was set up and could cook her toast in the morning. Woolies is so close which was a huge benefit being a small family. Also was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The tram literally being out the front was so convenient
