Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Flekkefjord Municipality

We were two families with 6 small children who got to rent the house for one night when we were traveling to the Zoo the next day. The photos match the reality, good communication with the host. The house was clean and organized. Nice peaceful and child friendly place. We felt like we're in home.

Cozy house, well equipped Warm when we arrived, and ready to use if needed. Fun with the goats welcoming us, and bragging happily when they got high and " peeling". Sitting outside around the fire pit is always nice☺️ A nice place to come back to😊

This is a very nice house with beautiful views over Flekkefjord. The house has a beautiful kitchen, is very spacious and equipped with every comfort. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. We felt at home. Everything was super prepared, clean and cozy. Always happy to come back! The hostess was super sweet, quickly accessible and had put information about the area on the table. Really sweet :)

Hildegunn's place was very authentic. It has a beautiful surrounding next to a lake and it is very peaceful. The place is very tidy and spacious. You have everything what you need. Totally recommend!

Wow, what an incredible place! We were very sad to leave here. The house is so beautiful and comfortable, immaculate inside and supplied with everything you need. The location is idyllic: the steps from the road take you down through a beautiful garden (with its own herb garden) down to the house on the waterfront. The views and the tranquility are perfect. Absolutely stunning. Lovely helpful hosts too. Highly recommended.

We really loved staying at Emmanuel’s place - it felt like stepping into history! It might not be for everybody (the stairs are quite steep and the ceilings a bit low in some places, so bigger gals and fellows might not find it suitable), but we absolutely adored every aspect of it. The beds are very comfortable and we slept soundly. The butter, jam and orange juice where a nice touch to have breakfast before we began working. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it. Emmanuel and his wife were also very kind and you could see that they put a lot of love in the place. We loved the flowers too!

Rekefjord is simply beautiful and also offers good hiking opportunities. The area is highly recommended

We were very pleased with our stay at Inge's. The house is old and creaky, but the landlord has taken the time to decorate with charming details and fresh flowers. For us who grew up in the village, it brought back good memories to borrow a house in such beautiful rural surroundings. If you are not fond of animals and farm life, you may experience cows and fields as something close. But if you long to live in the countryside, this home is a great way to get close to everyday life in a special part of Norway.

Cottage was clean and very nicely located. We enjoyed the nice weather, the view and the swimming pond with cable car in the village. Piotr was quick to respond if we had questions.

Very special location, reasonably limited in terms of space, but great to spend a few days in the special castle. Especially when the weather is nice, you can also sit outside, unfortunately the weather was not enough with us.

We immediately felt comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and as described. Manja and her husband are very nice hosts. Especially great was the friendly communication and the boat trip with Jan. These 2 nights were a nice addition to our trip. We definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back, maybe soon. Thank you!

We stayed in nights with my 2 teenage sons and my dog and it was very nice. Beautiful walks nearby. A nice place to relax at the end of our vacation. The hosts are very friendly. Note: Sheets are not included and are charged at 200 nok per person (I didn't see it on the listing).

Tina's great house is well located for beautiful trips in the area (Lista Fyr, Skrelia, Loshavn). Terrace with beautiful views over the Åptafjord. The house is perfectly furnished and very spacious. We will be happy to come back! Thank you for the wonderful time.

It was a wonderful trip. We love Norway and used the house as a home base to follow a lot of different activities. We went hiking, site exploring, to the museum, saw historic places and were even invited for a boat trip with the owners (thank you again, it was very pleasant). Norway introduced a new law a couple of years ago that without a boat license you can only sail boats under 10bhp. The one at the house is a 70bhp boat so we couldn't rent it. A shame but not essential to us. The house itself was beautifully seated a bit above the water but you could still throw a stone into the sea of you liked. The whirlpool gets warm and cozy and we enjoyed the warm water after a long day of walking. The upstairs bedroom can only be accessed by a narrow and open ladder/stairwell but downstairs was more than plenty room for us. The owners were very responsive and helpful, the contact a pleasure. We have enjoyed the accommodation quite a bit and hope to return in one of the future summers.

Lovely house with lots of details and fine garden with a lot of tomatoes and herbs to pick from. Very quiet area. Slept well on fine beds. The kitchen had anything you need. The cats were affectionate and very fun for the kids. Walked and went to the stand. Cold water though. Baked pizzas in the conservatory. Also used the hot tub.

Absolutely amazing place! Jonas is a great host, responded quickly and came up with great recommendations. The kitchen has what you need and the stomp was a big plus. Highly recommended, we will be back :)

Very hospitable and helpful landlords with personal check-in, uncomplicated communication, super comfortable bed and beautiful sun deck.

We a family of 4 arrived at Magnar's cabin for one night and stayed for two. We did not get a chance to meet Magnar but he was available all the time and very nice. We found the cabin very easy. It was clean very quite and very well equiped. We even made our own bread and pizza ! The view, Oh the view... Magnifisent. Be aware there are no linnens or towels as it is the standard in cabins across Norway. Toilete has no flush water but we found it no problem at all !!! All in all it was great! Thanks Magnar!

Heidi offered that we could use the upstairs livingroom and kitchen. She called ahead of time and asked if we should use the hot tub. We responded yesand she had made it clear. Very welcoming and hospitable hostess was she. Would recommend.

Thank you for these good, relaxing days. The location of the house is very good - located right on the lake with a beautiful view. The landlady Dorris is very helpful and proactively supported us on arrival and departure. The house is significantly more spacious than shown in the photos.
