Kind, gracious, and accommodating hosts. We felt right at home and appreciated Frances’ recommendations & helpfulness. My partner and I were staying just for the weekend to attend a wedding, and Frances was flexible with our check-in, responded promptly and let us make some adjustments to fit our needs. They went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. This location is amazing, the bed was so comfortable we slept like babies, and had everything we needed. Thanks Frances!!

Cairole is a fantastic host! Their location was perfect for a visit to Gunbarrel, accommodations as described and pristine, with everything one could need from supplies to local recommendations. She was incredibly kind and hospitable with a later arrival (and understanding with less than ideal communication on my part), clear with instructions, and thoughtful of those who might not be used to higher altitudes - a very sweet touch!. I returned home with the feeling that this is the real spirit of what Airbnb can be - a lovely opportunity to meet and briefly share life with beautiful humans. Looking forward to another visit!

This place was perfect for our needs. My son and gf are looking to relocate to CO but not sure where yet so we took a little trip over a long weekend. It was super clean, able to accommodate the three us and if needed more spacious. She had several recommendations of local eatery’s and it was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I would definitely come back! Highly recommend this place

Thomas was very interesting to speak to and is a warm and friendly person. He was also more accommodating than he needed to be, offering for me to borrow a bike or use his spare shipping materials when I needed to send something through the mail. I went to school in Boulder and know the area pretty well. The Airbnb is in a very convenient location (within walking distance of campus) and Boulder itself is a very nice place.

The kitchen features a white gas stove, a spacious double sink, and light wood cabinetry. A window above the sink allows natural light and reveals green foliage outside. Countertops are neatly arranged with a coffee maker and a few utensils, creating an organized environment.

I had such a wonderful stay at Stewart’s place. I was fortunate enough to spend some time both mornings of my stay connecting with Stewart and his girlfriend Conner over coffee and conversation. They were very warm and welcoming! The location and price were fantastic for a mountain adventure!

Gorgeous Room Walkable to Pearl St!

My husband & I felt right at home. Laura's a lovely person. So easy to talk to. She was helpful when we had questions about parking in Boulder and suggested some interesting places to visit. We stayed in their room named Gorgeous for 3 nights. Slept very well! The area is a nice residential area with parking (free) available on the street in front of the house. Her kitchen came equipped with beverages, bananas n portioned cereal mixes. It came with filtered water, too. She had a tray of yummy snacks in the room as well. The room had heater/AC and a white noise machine! Ample hooks and shelves and dedicated hooks in the shared bathroom for our towels. Thank you, Laura and Jim for a pleasant stay. It made our 1st time in Boulder memorable.
