Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Fantastic cottage right next to the lake. Sauna, hot tub and boat with motor. Long jetty by the beach and the swimming pit in the water. The cottage is located in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5min from E4. Shop is 10min drive from the cottage. The cottage lacks electricity and running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water in cans. Boat available May-Oct. The hot tub is under new construction and will be ready when the water has sunk away. Calculated to be ready mid/end of May.

The "Little House" is located in Arbrå on the east side of the river Ljusnan. A detached house on our property where we also live. The house is carefully and charmingly renovated. Proximity to nature, 5 min walking distance to swimming in Ljusnan, 20 min walk to downtown, 15 min walk to Arbrå sim and sports hall, 10 min drive to Orbaden spa and " Hälsinglands riviera", 35 min drive to Järvsö with skiing and biking.
