This was our second time staying here, with two couples and a toddler - great, quiet place on the hill above town!

Dan is far, far more than a stellar host, he is a quality human being and a very special person. We are forever grateful for Dan's kindness and generosity and couldn't possibly thank him enough for all he did for us. We encountered a delay in our travels , and while unable to extend our stay in Dan's guest house due to it being unavailable the days following our booking, Dan was instrumental in securing us safe and comfortable accommodation which allowed us to focus on getting ourselves sorted and back on track. Anyone fortunate enough to stay at Dan's Treehouse guest suite will find a warm welcome, an impeccably clean, comfortable, well appointed modern, elegantly styled home away from home. It is a beautiful property set amongst swaying pine trees under star filled skies in a safe upscale neighborhood hosted by one of the finest gentleman you will ever have the good fortunate to meet.

Loved staying here! Nice little home and the host is super attentive. We talked to the owners a couple of times and they were always very welcoming. Very close to the things to do in Sedona while being more on the quiet side. Would stay here again.

This place was magical, & so beautiful. Highly recommend staying here to get away & to get some time for yourself. Only 5 minutes away from the city but yet far away enough to feel like it’s just you & nature. You can tell this place was made with so much love, you can feel it. Definitely will be back, all nature lovers this is definitely a must. Joan is amazing!

My husband and I stayed at the Casita for a week and we were very comfortable. We found the Little House to be peaceful and relaxing. The size of the main room, kitchen and bathroom was fine for us. We loved the location! The neighborhood is beautiful and there are trails with gorgeous views nearby. We really appreciated the time that our host took to decorate the Casita, provide amenities, and communicate everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. Thank you!

My family and I had a wonderful experience from the warm welcome to our final day. we adored the farm animals (chicken friends), dogs, and being away from the city. The location is very close to Sunset Crater which was on our to do list which was perfect. A great place for the great price. We will definitely need to stay again soon.

I absolutely loved this cute humming bird suite! It was a perfect getaway. Right in Sedona & close to the water. I would definitely love to stay here again, possibly check out the host other Airbnb's, as she was an excellent host.! Thanks for the comfortable stay!!

City center. Very convenient. The owner is very welcoming! Beautiful environment! How romantic it is for two people to watch the starry night sky of Sedona from the window late at night🌹🌹! Unforgettable! (We saw 2 moving objects appear in the sky at the same time! Maybe it was a UFO?😄😄😄

Second time staying here and it was great once again. This is a very nice little spot that has everything you need for a short or long stay. Well stocked kitchen so easy to cook, nice decor. Great location on the West side of Sedona so you have easy access to the Jerome/Prescott area as well. Walking distance from local juice bar. I don't usually book places attached to people's houses but I can assure you this place is very quiet and private. Hosts are very nice and good communicators.

Buzz has the BEST BUZZ on things to do in the Verde Valley & beyond. Sarah is quick to respond to questions & updates to your stay. The Casita itself is the PERFECT place to unwind & relax after a long day of Tourist Bustle. Private space, secluded but not out in the Boonies. Mountain Views. Close enough to local stores & restaurants to make a quick run & get back to the comfort of the Casita. Super peaceful & if you are quiet, you can watch the Quails with their babies, the Rabbits, the Thrashers & lots of adorable little lizard friends. Kitchenette had just what we needed with hot water super fast. The shower is amazing! Classy & tastefully decorated to reflect the Southwest. Super comfy bed & pillows. Though it was 104 outside the AC kept us at a steady cool temperature without any fuss. Fast internet, switches all labelled so you know what's what. Pristine clean. BRAVO you 2! Booked for October. Our new Home Away from Home! Only thing missing is a Guest Book. I bought you one.

The stars were great and the place felt very safe for two girls traveling! Great coffee shop 10 minutes away and not a bad commute to Grand Canyon.

We traveled from New Mexico up to Montana. Made several stops along the way to national parks, this air bnb was one of the bright spots and beat location we stayed in along the way. Not far from Williams, peaceful, and an easy drive to Grand Canyon. The house was very clean and cozy.

We booked this bnb at the tale end of our trip. We were in town for a wedding but decided to book an extra day at a different bnb. The view is incredible. We sat in the chairs looking out at the mountain the entire time. So quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and gave us plenty of suggestions. We plan on coming back to Sedona and will be staying here again. Close to the trails and has everything you need

This house was perfect for a little getaway. Perfectly suited for two people! We loved the loft-style and the super cozy feeling. The hot tub was a great addition, as well!

I had a great stay! The unit is separate and in a quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for me. Having a full kitchen was useful as I was here for over a week. The kitchen was very useable - pots, pans, coffeemaker, full fridge, etc - and there’s a grocery store nearby. Everything was also super clean at check in, and Elizabeth communicated throughout my stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Nazar’s! My partner and I came to Sedona for our anniversary and spent our time exploring the vortexes and local restaurants/attractions and the airbnb was the perfect little hideaway after a day of exploring. Loved the location, hot tub, and vibe. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed 3 nights and so appreciated all the many touches that were obviously thought through to provide a comfortable and flexiable space. Comfy bed, different sized pillows (I HATE 4 HUGE fluffy pillows that break your neck). Thoughtful and complete coffee ammenities, Cover on the sink to extend counter space, so many thoughtful touches. The shower is amazing in how strong it is and the door into it clever. We did not use it but having our own washer/dryer was above and beyond. We enjoyed sitting on the front patio and watching the deer eat from the trees. Area is silent and we slept so well. Careful of the bed legs - we both about broke our toes on them as they are significantly larger than the mattress. Thoughtful to have cozy choice of throws. They have also added a nice loveseat/2nd bed that is not pictured - Excellent addition and made our stay much more comfortable. Wish there were ice cube trays in the freezer. Great value and would absoutely recommend it!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Erik’s place. Check in and check out instructions were clear. The place was very clean and in a perfect location in Sedona. We very much enjoyed the hot tub with the amazing view as well! Erik provided great local recommendation and was a fantastic host. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sedona!

Perfect, perfect, perfect! I wish I could give it 10 stars! The place was beautiful, has everything you could need, and a perfect location that felt private, but yet, close to everything. Catherine has great suggestions for things to see and do and has thought of everything. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

Peter’s place is a dream. There was nothing we needed that he had not thought of, seriously. He was quick to respond, even talking us though the AC ( totally our faults) and dropping off charcoal so we could grill. The hot tub and hanging bed were our favorite amenities. If you appreciate design and comfort , stay w/ Peter. This will definitely be a repeat stay for us!!
