We really liked the apartment. It is equipped with everything you need. We also enjoyed breakfast with a sea view on the open balcony. The location of the apartment is very convenient, next to the train stop, which takes us to Rome in 30 minutes and for 1.5 euros. Thank you very much for our wonderful vacation.

Helpful and easy to find

Great location, wonderful host, made us feel welcome, extremely helpful. The nice touch was fruit awaiting our arrival along with food in the fridge and bottled water being available. Overall outstanding thank you.

David and his family are very kind. You can really feel at home when you visit their apartment. 🙂 Great communication with the Lido center, Rome/ Vatican and the airport. An additional plus was the availability of bicycles. We recommend it! 😊

This Airbnb was the perfect way to end our two weeks in Italy! We got to relax on the beach and then had no stress of a long drive to the airport. The house was clean and cozy! Gaia was an amazing host! I definitely recommend staying here!!

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

It was just like the pictures. Great location and beautifully decorated. Federica was excellent, always responding to our messages and made sure our needs were met. Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and large enough for three adults to live and relax. The large balcony was the highlight of the location looking out over the Mediterranean. And the location was great for restaurants and the beach. Giorgia’s attention to detail was great, leaving us a fruit basket and wine from her grandfather’s vineyard. She was also very helpful with directions to other locations and responded quickly. The location had easy access to the train. Cafe and gelato kiddy corner from the location, full of locals and delish! We would return again❣️

Francesca’s place was lovely and a beautiful setting both to be on the terrace and hot tub. The accommodation itself self is very well looked after and private. Instructions on everything was provided on arrival and very clear, including for the hot tub and bikes available. It really is a short walk to the beach with some lovely restaurants a bike away. Valerio was a great host! The air bnb is in a very cute neighbourhood close to the airport however be aware it is a little more difficult to get into the centre of rome if you would like to take public transportation. Many beaches very nearby and huge apartment for a great very value! Would return!

Booked a last minute stay for my parents when their accomodation fell through. Booked late at night with only a few hours notice and still Mattia was very helpful and accomodating. My parents loved the Airbnb, said it was very clean and nice. Mattia was very communicative. No issues.

Very good, Stefano is a kind person, always willing to help, he is very reliable I loved the stay, right in front of the beach, quiet atmosphere, I highly recommend it
