Giorgia was an excellent host. We were at the end of a 3 week Mediterranean cruise and she accommodated us by letting us check in early, recommending restaurants, grocery stores etc. But honestly the best thing about Mary's Place is the views, absolutely stunning. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day trip to Ostia Antica, relaxing at the beach or just enjoying the town. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thank you Giorgia for taking such good care of us. If you cannot relax and enjoy your time here, then you probably can't do it anywhere. Did I mention the views are stunning!!

I am very satisfied with the stay. Nicola was an exceptional host: always kind, helpful and ready to help us with any need. The apartment was clean, tidy and well-kept, just like in the photos. We felt really welcome!

WOW !! Everything about this place was worth it, full private patio (the perfect place to watch the sunset over the pier), super clean, easy communication, great location. If you are hesitant, don’t be. Everything was perfect 10/10 100% recommend

Everything was perfect... the host proved to be up to expectations, always present, never pressing! The location of the house is excellent... with the subway 10 minutes away on foot, and bus line 83 right in front of the entrance gate, so it is great for getting around the capital... The house is wonderful in its size, I don't think you can do better... everything is made available to guests, every little space has everything you need to offer a lovely stay... the bathroom is complete with hair dryer, shampoo and body wash, and various elements for women's skin care... there is the possibility of using the washing machine to freshen up your clothes and a super-equipped kitchen! So, what more could you want? Thank you so much for everything and I hope to come back in the future!

Simple, easy & great stay! This place is very close to the airport, clean, & easy check out. Fabrizio was very communicative and made the whole process simple!

Francesca's place was beautiful and spacious - perfect for a short stay with a friend. The sofa bed was just as comfortable as a bed and had its own privacy. Francesca's communication was prompt and friendly and she accommodated our needs as much as she could, which was lovely. We got to meet her and her boyfriend and they were both really nice. She made sure we were comfortable and gave us many great suggestions for restaurants as well as transport which made our stay so pleasant and easy. Fiumicino has lovely peaceful beaches within a few minutes of the apartment and several restaurants with reasonable prices just down the road. We had fresh fish on the beach! It's very convenient that there is a supermarket next door also. I would visit Fiumicino again and stay at Francesca's in a heartbeat! I was sorry to leave. Thank you Francesca!

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Great stay in Rome! The place is very big and comfortable. Even has a small balcony for some relaxing breakfasts. Would definitely stay here again! Keep in mind that the place is in an ZTL zone, important if you are driving.

Great place in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Everything was perfectly walkable, with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Apartment was relatively quiet at night. Good AC! Clear and quick communication with the host.

Giuseppe and Lucrezia's apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, complete and very clean. It has everything you need and more to enjoy your stay. The location is unbeatable, it has neighborhood life, with bars and restaurants nearby, at the same time, it is very well connected to the most important tourist spots. The hosts were very friendly, they were attentive to everything, they left us coffee, tea and sweets for breakfast as well as a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. Hopefully we can be back soon.

Alessandro and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean and well-cooled, which was a huge relief in the summer heat of Rome. There's also a swimming pool with a nice view from the apartment — a great bonus! The bus stop is just a one-minute walk away, making it very convenient to get around. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Svilena’s home was heavenly! Such a well thought out and welcoming place. Only a short walk to the hustle and bustle and crowds of the Spanish Steps. Wonderful to return to the beautiful, tranquil, carefully curated space that she has created. We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to stay in her home and hope to return one day.

As always this is our favourite Airbnb! Antonino is the best host and the apartment has everything you need and more. Location is perfect with 10 Minute walk to the beach, two supermarkets literally around the corner, bike rental vis a vis. It cannot get much better than this!

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
