Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Fitzroy North

Monty’s townhouse has been beautifully renovated and finished to have you everything you need and more. The kitchen has to be one of the best I’ve used through Airbnb, stocked with everything you need from cake tins, cocktail glasses to organic basics. Monty took care of us by arranging a high chair and a late check out. We felt really happy with our stay :)

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Great spot, pretty quiet. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Bed was comfy. Would be happy to stay here again.

Highly recommend this stay. Close to all I needed. It was very nice to have fully equipped kitchen, I like to cook and Jennifer had most items and equipment I had in my own kitchen. Even had a small selection of herbs at the door, and a nice supply of coffee and teas. Not seen in other places I have stayed. Very comfortable and cosy with quality heating. Comfortable bedding. Bbq and smoker if one wishes to use them.

A well equipped and immaculate home backed up by a responsive and approachable host. Thoroughly recommended. Know where we’ll want to stay when we visit our daughter.

Our second stay at Melanie’s. We love this designer studio. It’s spacious and stylish and private. The location is ideal. Easy access to the city and Fitzroy. Also wonderful area for walking along the Yarra . A hidden oasis in Melbourne. Melanie has made sure there is everything you could possibly need available. She’s a great host and this is definitely one of our favourite Airbnbs. Everything was perfect.

Spacious old terrace house in perfect location to explore Fitzroy and its surrounding areas. Host was always quick and helpful to respond. Happy to return for more adventures!

Fabulous location surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and an easy walk to Gertrude and Smith Streets. This is not my first stay at Keoma and it won’t be my last. It’s a great spot for a family to hangout while exploring Melbourne, especially if you love walking the streets and soaking up the atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and spacious, hosts are responsive and the heating in each of the rooms meant we stayed warm over a wet and cold weekend. The hosts respond quickly to questions and requests. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The personal touches were thoughtful, the space was spotless and cozy, and the location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the tram, but honestly, Collingwood has everything you need — incredible restaurants, great coffee, and that perfect balance of being close to the city without feeling like you're in the city. We’ll definitely be back!

Great little place. Excellent location near the bustle of it all but a quieter side street. Perfect as a base if you want to get out and explore a lot.

Superb studio to explore Melbourne for a few days. Elegant and well-equipped space—Nicholas has thought of everything! Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. We loved our stay in Fitzroy North. Highly recommend!

Kate's cosy apartment was super good. Restaurants, theaters, great shopping, transport and even parks all really close by. Really close. Great shower, comfy bed, and so many thoughtful extras that I never expected. Thanks Kate for a wonderful week.

My wife and I had great 5 day stay. Amanda was a great host and clear with her instructions. The unit is in a fantastic position, ultra quiet and close to all you need to do in Melbourne without the hustle and bustle of staying in the CBD. Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. We stayed 5 weeks in the apartment and loved it. It’s bright, airy and has everything we needed to feel at home. Great location in the heart of Hawthorn and so close to train station, trams and lots of great food places. Highly recommend.

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
