Vacation rentals with beach access in Fitou

We had a lovely stay. Location perfect. Nice restaurants and beach to die for. We can really recommend this apartment

Very welcoming and relaxing apartment. We felt at home and enjoyed our wine on the balcony each evening watching the pedestrians stroll by on the street below and the boats gently dancing on the sea in the port. Many restaurants within walking distance by distance and three beaches close by. Alfons is a wonderful host and we hope to return and stay here again!

Great beach residence and vibe. The apartment is as described, comfortable with all amenities and with air conditioning and ceilings fans. It's metres from the beach which is a real bonus. As per other reviews you are above a busy restaurant which didn't bother us as we're up early and in the ocean or on the beach.

The listing is as described and in a good location. Christophe is a very responsive host and these instructions were clear. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and well-equipped. Great value for money, I recommend it!

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. We will be back next year to continue to enjoy the charms of this wonderful area, thanks for everything!

Just perfect for two people! Ideal location, stunning sea views. What a joy breakfast on the terrace with sea view. The apartment deserves 6 stars because in addition it is tastefully decorated. A very good choice that I would highly recommend!

Small accommodation, very convenient, functional and really good location. What a pleasure to park the car in the private parking lot and do everything on foot! The big + is the bed that is super comfortable, and the video we receive when booking that explains everything (location, check-in, accommodation) I'll be back as soon as possible because even though I only spent one night I enjoyed it. And the value for money is perfect for enjoying while being well located for a small budget. Also the host is friendly and accommodating. 👌🏻

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Great location on the Cote Vermeille. Super terrace with great sea view. Beautiful house to feel good right away. Good supply options nearby: Lidl and the market in Port Vendres. Fantastic Couillure within easy reach. Bus stops around the corner. The place is highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation in Cadaqués‘ old town, everything was accessible by foot. Despite its central location, it was tranquil and perfect to relax in the courtyard. It was a great stay, and we will sure return.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Very pretty little old town house. Not a view from the terrace, but windless and cozy. 1000 mosquitoes everywhere. We really appreciated the village life. Everything around the corner, bakeries, groceries, bars and restaurants. Very good location for beautiful hikes through the water landscape and trips to Narbonne and Carcassonne.

Impeccable accommodation! It is extremely well located, and easy to access, whether by car or on foot, and it is secured by a gate! The accommodation is extremely well equipped with accessories and amenities, finding as much equipment for cooking as for bathing or taking care of the little ones. (Air conditioning in each of the rooms is a little gem!) In addition, the owner of the premises is extremely responsive, being at the disposal of his tenants in order to be able to guide and help them as much as possible. I highly recommend you to discover this villa, I assure you that you will not be disappointed and will fully enjoy your future stays!

A magical, peaceful place by the canal. We felt like we were on an island. We had a superb stay.

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Wonderful apartment, superbly equipped with everything you could need and amazing views of the beach and sea and the mountains. We spent a perfect week exploring this beautiful region of France. Thank you thank you.

Accommodation with great views, ideally located with the creek at the foot of the apartment, Lidl at the entrance of the residence, the port just a 10-minute walk. we had a great time.
