We very much enjoyed the weekend at this beautiful home!!

Stayed here with friends while we were in town for a retreat, and it was the perfect spot to unwind and recharge in evenings after daylong sessions. The house felt open, peaceful, and welcoming with plenty of space to gather, reflect, and rest. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged, with a modern yet cozy feel that made it easy to relax. The quiet, walkable neighborhood with its tall trees felt like a hidden gem, yet we were still just minutes from everything we needed. Whole Foods, Target, and the new Flower Child restaurant were all close by, along with other great spots for healthy meals and quick errands. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare food together, the beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious and spotless and made us feel like we were at the spa. Collyn is an excellent host and we would highly recommend this home for anyone traveling with friends or looking for a peaceful place to land in Indy.

This was a perfect house for our small family. I’m from Indy so knew I wanted to stay in this area, but the house was better than I thought. Super private, great location, and the hosts thought of so many little things ahead of time. We’ll definitely stay again.

The house worked perfectly for us. We were back in Indiana for a HS graduation and we could leave the dogs at the house. The back yard being fenced made it easy to let them out. Kim has a well stocked house with enough coffee for at least a few days, and snacks for that critical first night after a day of travel. The house was clean and exactly like her photos. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if needed.

The home was lovely and most of all very spacious. We were all together but had sufficient space to relax and not feel as though we were on top of each other. I would definitely recommend this listing to others. The location is a bit obscure, but it work for our needs.

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

Broad Ripple is a great area to stay in for activities at Butler University and the apartment worked out perfectly. The host(s) were gracious and accommodating. There was a small hiccup with the keurig and the host unexpectedly covered our lunch to make up for it. Completely unnecessary! I would definitely stay again or recommend for a couple - great location, many walkable amenities, parking included, easy check in and out, clean and responsive hosts. Thank you!

I love what they have done to their home! It was comfortable and really quiet! Never even knew anyone else was even there ! She greeted us on the way in , and replied back quickly when we had questions. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Veronica’s place for 2 nights for a volleyball tournament. It was a great space with everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and peaceful. Veronica was quick to respond with all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for a concert at Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville. The drive to the concert was only 17 minutes from this airbnb. When we left the concert, the majority of cars were headed West so driving SouthEast away from the venue to Sara’s airbnb made our commute so much easier! The place is spacious and well maintained. There is a train that passes right outside the bedroom but it did not bother us at all. If you are a light sleeper just bring ear plugs.

This place has it ALL! The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance! The penthouse itself was extremely clean and BEAUTIFUL. There were so many activities/amenities in the penthouse itself that we felt we didn’t need to leave to have a great time! Communication with the host was easy. He was responsive and made sure to check in to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely be back and I will be sure to recommend this Airbnb to everyone! I can’t say enough great things about this place!!!!!!

This cabin was a wonderful place for a family gathering. My family and my sisters’ families got together for a wedding and it was the perfect location for us, as it was close to the wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner location. The cabin had very nice sized bedrooms with lots of space for everyone to sleep and relax, a cozy living area with a fireplace, and an ample kitchen and eating space. We loved it and would definitely recommend for others!

Exactly as listed! Read the listing thoroughly & you wont be disappointed. It is a beautiful setting, very relaxing. Host was friendly & responsive to all our questions. A few things to note: Yes the toilet is modern but you cannot flush toilet paper, you must throw your tp in the trash, as written in the listing. Ive lived places where the septic was like this so it was not at all an issue for me. The bathroom shower is nice & hot. My husband thought water flow was slightly lacking, I however thought it was perfect. I don’t like when the shower head is so forceful that it’s pelting you. The king bed is very comfy. We did encounter a few bugs inside, a few nats, 1 spider, an ant or 2, a stink bug. There are lots of bugs outdoors, which is good because it keeps the spiders out of the house. There isn’t much inside for them to eat so they stay out. We did not have any problems with mosquitos. Wifi and roku tv get better reception upstairs. After a good rinse the tubs were perfect!

Rachel met us promptly upon arrival to escort us to her secluded cabin. The property was beautiful! There is plenty of mowed grass area to run and play. The view from the front porch of the cabin is lovely . We’d definitely stay there again!!

Eric's place was perfect for our group of 6 adults on a long weekend trip in Indy. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, and private (good for morning walks), but also convenient to really good restaurants, brewpubs and downtown Indy. Great outdoor spaces in the back and on the screen porches. Place was very clean and all amenities as listed and in really good condition. Eric and Chelsea were very responsive and provided everything we needed. Would like to stay again if we're in the area. Highly recommend.

Wonderful little lot that was very secluded and private while still being a reasonable driving distance to activities. Pier and fire pit offer serene natural environment with many ambient sounds and wildlife to watch and listen to. The house is perfectly small to comfortable fit two with all of the amenities needed to find yourself at home.
