Five futons. If you have your own sleeping bag that works fine. If not I have sheets and comforters. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, mini fridge, grill, and coffee pot. Property is on 145 acres and about a mile of Colorado River frontage. Surrounded by thousands of more acres and no neighbors. Lots of hiking, kayaks, usually a beach, side by sides, fossils, and wildlife. Seven additional rentals on the property if the female hogan doesn't fit your needs.

Camping tent in quiet Ballard RV park . We are only one mile off of I-70 at exit 187. This is the nearest exit to the Moab exit ( # 182). This is being promoted as a bring your own blankets camping tent. The office is nearby with 4 brand new bathrooms and there is a laundry facility . The little ghost town has a new and modern 7-11 that is well stocked and sells fresh pizzas as well as wings....

Tent or car camp! EV charger! 12 miles to Arches, 7 miles to Moab. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Moab, in a small family built and owned campground. Clean bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, and great customer service. We have all the essentials taken care of and if you need anything during your stay we are always happy to help!
