Monthly Rentals in Findern

Amazing little place to stay if you’re around Donington or Derby for the weekend. Clean, modern and tidy with a good bus link to the city centre. Just note the entrance to the driveway is a little steep.

We had a great time in this lodge on the edge of a small lake. It was very peaceful. There are a couple of gaps on the floor and worktops of the kitchen but these were minor and didn’t affect our stay. We tried the Indian restaurant on the site and the Willow Tree cafe and they were both good. There are lots of friendly dog owners. I would recommend this lodge.

Really gorgeous few days at the lodge. Felt so quiet and peaceful but a stones throw from the Marina with some lovely places to eat and grab a drink. Some lovely walks to do along the canal too. Lots of lovely little touches in the lodge and Rob was very friendly and helpful with making sure we knew how to find the lodge and check in etc. Would 100% recommend and return!

Really lovely spot! Just perfect to relax for the weekend, the accommodation itself was well equipped and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area and Mercia Marina is so nice. We had a nice walk down the canal one day and visited the floating cafe, then one night dinner at Compamigos which was fab food and such a nice view over the water, all in all a great stay and would definitely recommend!
