Beautiful cottage in prime N Tacoma location!

This beautiful, newly built Proctor / North End gem has one bedroom and a spacious loft. Quiet and private, yet only three short blocks to all that Proctor has to offer (dining, shopping, farmers market, bars, groceries and more!) and just a half mile from the UPS Campus. You'll be within a few miles of the hospitals, which makes this a great location for traveling medical staff. If you enjoy nightlife, we are a three-minute drive to the 6th Ave District, and seven minute drive to Point Ruston.

Come relax in our PNW getaway. We're private homeowners offering a 2 bdrm apartment w/ full kitchen & laundry. Animal lovers will enjoy visiting our chickens & friendly dwarf goats. Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.
