Swn yr Afon

JamesRating, 5 stars3 months ago
A hidden gem nestled in the beautiful village of Beddgelert, this clean and cosy cottage had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Watching the sunrise from the viewpoint was an added bonus, and the bottles of ale were a welcome surprise. This is the perfect place to rest your tired feet in front of the log burner after a day exploring Snowdonia. Highly recommend.

Cosy terraced cottage in rural location

RiinuRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I really enjoyed my time at Jill and John's! They're both very welcoming and warm. Our schedules didn't align much but when I did see them, I enjoyed chatting to them both and learning about Wales. And how can I not mention Blodwen, the furry Queen of the House who was such a character. Their house is really cozy and welcoming. They've renovated an old miners' cottage that has lots of character and stunning views to the sea from the garden and the bedroom window. I also enjoyed the small touch of freshly cut garden flowers in my room. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom is right next to it (shared but clean and I never I had to wait to use it). The house is a bit out of the way but well worth it for the sunsets over the sea, plus you really do need a car to make the most of Snowdonia anyway; although, if you need it, a bus goes to Caernafon a few times a day. There's also a lovely walking path nearby: a pilgrimage path through Dorthea quarry. Would recommend! Thank you!

Mountain magic

SalmaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Mountain Magic is exactly that - you are immersed in nature immediately. Stunning surroundings. My children and I had a wonderful stay. We very much hope to do it again some time in the future. Thank you Chris and Anita for the lovely touch of providing milk, bread, Welsh cakes and jam on our arrival. It was very thoughtful…

Cottage in picturesque Snowdonia

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Cosy, beautifully decorated and well equipped cottage in an amazing picturesque location. Great communication with Barbora who was very approachable and super helpful, giving us excellent advice on parking for the shuttle bus to Snowdon starting points. We definitely would stay again.
A sleeping dog is nestled in a cozy pet bed near a log burner. The warm glow of the fire creates a comforting ambiance. A wicker basket filled with logs is positioned nearby, against a stone wall, enhancing the rustic feel of the space.

Little Cott - Cosy Welsh Cottage, Peaceful Village

Lovely old cottage in terrace hidden up a track in a village in the heart of Eyeri/Snowdonia. Well modernised and comfortable. David and Eleanor were great communicators when we had some issues and even got a new dongle delivered for the wi-fi overnight.
