This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. Experience camping fire cooking, and clear starlit skies, whilst having a comfy bed, a kitchen, hot water, shower compost toilet and a wood burning stove to cosy round if it gets cold. All on our sustainable ecological farm which has lakes, woodlands and animals to find and explore.

This is a stunning location. An ancient stone "Bothy" still retaining an old world charm. This is a very special place with views over the picturesque Llyn Peninsular which will take your breath away. With landscaped grounds and a lake to walk around, or sit beside and watch the wildlife. Traditional 19th Century Slate Miners Cottage

A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom. Close by we have Llechwedd slate caverns, zipwires and mountain biking.

Dolwaen is perfectly situated for getting out & about in the beautiful Snowdonia national park. Ideally placed to visit historic town of Harlech, with its spectacular castle and quirky shops. Porthmadog is also close by where you can hop on the Welsh Highland Railway across to Beddgelert, Caernarfon, Blaenau Ffestiniog.
