Outside a few steps down is a characterful private ensuite, fire pit with seating, bird baths, water feature in lovely lush surrounds . Easy access to the Gold Coast glitter strip, beaches, and theme parks. Also easy access to Binnaburra (O'Reillys), Springbrook, Beechmont, Mt Tamborine plus further out West to Canungra, Beaudesert etc. This is a nice spot from which to bike ride with a mountain bike track just across the dam wall.
