This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.
