Ruhig in einer kleinen Ortschaft am noch ursprünglichen Ostufer des Starnberger Sees gelegen befindet sich unsere Unterkunft im Dachgeschoss einer gepflegten Villa. Ein kurzer Spaziergang durch d. Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

2 min to the lake promenade, 3 min to Starnberg train station: from here every 20 minutes S-Bahn and once/h the train, which is in 20 minutes in Munich Hbf. But the apartment itself also has it all: it is flooded with light and offers enough space for a pleasant living feeling. It is modern and with real oak wood parquet. It has two balconies and a terrace with furniture for relaxing with lake views. Towels and a hair dryer are available in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Charming & cozily furnished attic apartment with high ceilings, exposed beams, sunny west balcony, fireplace and open living/dining area - suitable for families. Our 80 sq. m apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooks Hohenschwangau Castle. In 15 minutes on foot you will be at the Alpsee and the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ cycling tours start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km, Füssen 4.2 km.

It is ideally located just outside Munich & is therefore the perfect base for all the sights in Munich & on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking & ski resorts easy to reach. Dogs welcome!

Atelierhaus am Starnberger See

Das ursprünglich als Atelierhaus konzipierte Bungalow wurde 2023 behutsam saniert, wobei die besondere Außen- und Innenarchitektur im Stil der 1950er Jahre erhalten blieb. Das historische Gebäude ist Teil eines Ensembles aus Alt- und Neubau und liegt auf einem großzügigen Südhanggrundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Starnberger See. Es eignet sich perfekt als Wochenend- oder Ferienhaus für zwei bis vier Personen. Direkter S-Bahn Anschluss von Feldafing in die Münchner Innenstadt.

Vacation home "Eiche" at Gut Mischenried

Gut Mischenried combines the tranquility and serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the city. It is located between fields, meadows and forests. Via highway or S-Bahn, you are in 30 minutes in the center of Munich. Almost all furniture was made or restored in our carpentry shop. All apartments are barrier-free and largely suitable for wheelchair users. In the surrounding area there are numerous activities that will make your stay in the 5-lake region exciting.
