Monthly Rentals in Puerto Vallarta

This place is amazing. I have stayed at the ICON before but this is my favorite unit. The view is outstanding. This unit is so beautifully decorated. It is well furnished. The kitchen has everything you would need. The view is incredible from this unit over looking the ocean on one side and the marina and mountains from the other side. The balcony's are well setup for spending time outdoors. The host was always very responsive. The concierge was very helpful and friendly in answering questions and making arrangements for various activities.

Excellent location, clean apartment and in excellent condition, the pool is very large, clean and with a very good temperature. Everything to have a good time with the family.

I loved staying at Theresa's condo. It's in a great location near bars, an outdoor mall, and the beach is a few feet away. There are three pools overlooking the beach and a restaurant in the complex. The neighborhood is super safe. I was able to walk to Walmart and run errands. I loved the balcony and the daybed outside. Patty and her son were very responsive with anything I needed help with as well. If there is one thing that I didn't like it would be the constant music and noise coming from the bars on the beach however that's not a big enough issue for me. Would definitely stay here again and again.
