Vacation rentals with a patio in Faversham

It was a gorgeous location, beautiful walks close by and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Canterbury close to the train station, which took you straight to London. The apartment was very self catering had everything you needed nice and quiet seen as we were basically in the centre of Canterbury. Clean and gorgeous place, dog friendly and just an all round beautiful place to go. Will be returning

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

Partner and I really recommend this quaint little place, its central and has good views of the sea and is just so cosy, its nice and pretty, its airy and just full of little quirks that make the place really memorable. We really, really recommend this place to all that wish to stay in the local area too. It was an pleasure to be in such an wonderful little home

Booked a very last minute stay at this lovely flat, the host was incredibly responsive, which made booking / arrival very easy. The flat was also exactly as pictured, very clean & lovely to stay in. It’s also in the very centre of Canterbury and everywhere was easy to get to by foot. Definitely recommend!

if I could give them 6 stars I would. amazing hosts beautiful chalet. exactly as described. plus point the lovely pub next door does phenomenal food with huge portions. fantastic communication . definitely our favourite air b and b hands down.

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! My husband, toddler and I had a wonderful stay here. Well presented property - accurate photos, immaculately clean, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable. The area was quiet and peaceful, with shops within short walking distance. Parking spot was a great help! George was very helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again, whenever in the area!

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. The place was pristine, beautiful home. right on the beachfront, offstreet parking oppersite the house. Sums it up, couldn't ask for more. The host was also proactive with clear instructions ahead of time and responsive when messaged. would recommend to anyone visiting Southend-on-Sea.

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

Jan's place was.lovely and cosy it better then expected everything was thought off would of been nice to stay longer has it was so peaceful nice little back yard to enjoy a coffee and a book and peace and quite nice outlook in the morning nice seeing the horses

Jo’s place offers 5 star luxury and accommodation, it was perfect for our friends long weekend away. Jo is very responsive and was always on hand to reply to any messages. The house has everything we needed and we loved the BBQ. It’s in a lovely quiet rural area but only a short drive from Whitstable and the surrounding towns and villages. We all had an amazing time and would definitely revisit.

Lovely apartment within walking distance of everything you might need. Coop opposite, 10 minutes to beach and main High Street. I parked in the Coop car park for £2.50 a day! All in all the perfect location. Tamara was immediately responsive for a query I had.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A very convenient location for the attractions of Folkestone: with James' help, there was always available on-street parking at no cost. The apartment is functional and attractive, which is rather how I would like myself to be described by my wife. Everything worked as expected, and not being distracted by TV sets all over the place worked as a relaxing novelty.

Great place in the lovely town of Whitstable. The place was really nice, according to the pictures & description. Whitstable is very pleasant coastal city in itself but also a great point to discover surrounding area (Canterbury, Chatham, Dover...). Definitely recommended.

Had a great stay at The Snug. It was very comfortable, clean and provided everything you needed to make our stay comfy. The Snug is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the train station, all of which are within walking distance. Naith was a great host and responded quickly. Thank you.
